The food was delicious, with variety in every meal. The staff is very helpful. We had Patterson as one of our table servers. He was very attentive, Indeed all servers gave excellent service. From desk to security to rooms. The rooms are very clean. I have yet to experience such service in any Hotel. Keep is the good work, will definitely return and spread the word.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Taita Hills and I will definitely encourage other people to come and stay here. The service was excellent and I was very pleased. Petterson was very kind to my daughter and I during the dining hours. Thank you for the lovely experience😌.

Amazing landscapes, super friendly people, rooms are very nice and clean. All in all an experience we would absolutely not like to miss. The sundowner was breathtaking. The safaris in the Taita hills with Lions, Elefants, giraffes, antelopes… were a beautiful time. We will come back!!!

Excellent service. Responsive staff and chefs. They made us coconut chapati on request. Exceptional mentions: Christine, Cornelius and Harrison. Game drives are amazing even with your own vehicle. Found lions on multiple occasions. Well maintained roads.

Seven star service and top class food. They have so much variety of Vegetarian food and even made special ones for us. Facility is nice and most friendly staff I came across since a long time. Would come back any time i have an opportunity. Thank you

The meals and the service was excellent!!!The staff across board were incredible! Good job on that! The only thing I would have loved to see in the rooms is a dental kit and face towels ...But other than that the rooms were very clean and well maintained.. I would come back in a heartbeat!

This lodge was beautiful and the staff are truly so wonderful and kind. My family has many dietary restrictions but they made a huge effort to make us feel welcome and provide any and all food that we requested. It was wonderful! Harrison was a wonderful server and the chefs are also amazing. They even made separate food upon request!

From security guards at the gate to chefs in the kitchen, we experienced total hospitality. Mr. Victor at the reception and Jem were excellent, Mr. Paterson, Monica and the entire team in the restaurant top notch and off course Chef Dominic and Eric.

This lodge is magnificent; the rooms and activities are top-notch. The food and buffet are also of very high quality. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. The people here are simply amazing—everything is done to ensure you have the best possible stay. We had a car issue in the middle of the night, and the staff came to our rescue. I wholeheartedly recommend this lodge 200% for your holiday in Kenya.

The hospitality is top notch. Patterson is the best waiter i have met so far. He is very kind and listens to customer's requests. The rooms are good and I love the overall ambience. Their meals are tasty and fresh. I would recommend taita hills to all.

The game drives and tour guides are friendly and conversant on the wildlife in the region. Excellent spa service at Taita Hills,, would recommend Wendy for massages; courteous staff to tailor services based on your needs. Room are quiet and background music soothing..Excellent.

Good ambience and room cleanliness including bathroom. Good services at dining especially the courteous and helpful staff called Patterson and other staff including christine chao. The phone contacts on the hotel online platforms are never answered..you need to put the correct phone numbers.
