"Pros: The staff are friendly, it’s quiet and there’s a laundry room. Cons: The room was filthy, with cobwebs full of dead and live spiders. On the first night I had to kill some moths, and you could see from the walls that I wasn’t the first to do so. The first photo of the hotel on Trip isn’t the hotel at all; it’s the building next door (there’s a communal area between the two buildings, but that’s all). Overall, I won’t be going back."

"Everything was great. The hotel is close to the city center and the train station. A few minutes walk from the hotel is the botanical garden, where you can walk in the evening. The hotel has a simple but delicious breakfast. There was a kitchen in the room, so we could cook our own food. I really liked the heated floor in the bathroom. Although check-in is from 4 pm, we were checked in earlier, for which we were very grateful. All the instructions in the hotel are clear, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"It's a nice place but the access and layout are very odd due to extensions to the building. Signage could be much better. There are multiple doors, some open, some don't, some require card access, some are one way. The lift only goes one way on some floors. The reception didn't seem to be staffed and access was through the bar."

"It was a disaster... There are some issues that need addressing because several things were broken. For €99 for half-board, you could expect the food wouldn't be great, and it was even worse than that. Super processed dishes with heavy sauces, rubbery meat... "I think it's really nice. There are no windows, but it's not depressing at all. Behind the curtains is a wall with a light, giving the feeling of daytime. Turning off the light at night brings darkness. There's a kettle, refrigerator, and safe. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The room is also large. The mattress is a bit soft, but very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with milk, yogurt, and coffee. The poached eggs are delicious and tender, and the two types of sausage are also good."
