The shower water temperature fluctuated wildly; the toilet flushed poorly; the room's soundproofing was extremely poor—I could hear the TV, conversations, and doorbell ringing next door, and I could clearly hear footsteps upstairs. The karaoke from downstairs was incredibly loud, with a subwoofer and singers blasting non-stop until the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep! I couldn't stand it anymore and called the hotel front desk to change rooms, finally managing to fall asleep in the latter half of the night! Seeing reviews saying the hotel breakfast was simple and unappetizing, I lost interest and checked out early the next morning. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had! I hope the higher-ups will take this seriously and not reprimand the frontline staff (it's not like they're working like geese; they're probably just as helpless as the guests).
