"Overall we like their reservation team especially Thelma who got back to us in the Choice of Room. Though the Hotel is with some age, Room amenities are basic but good except for the Washroom that may need some urgent touch-up for it's Cleanliness with the age-old floor tiles Front office staff are courteous and helpful. "The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and the hot water was consistently reliable. The soundproofing was also excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient. They were also very responsive to any requests, which was great. Housekeeping in the work areas was meticulous, and the common areas were neat and elegant. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's my top choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
