رد من مكان الإقامة: 非常感謝寶子中肯的評價，對於您的體驗我們非常抱歉並勇於承認錯誤，房間的問題我們有收到回饋並會在五一過後及時加裝換氣。房間的面積在青旅裏普遍都是差不多的，床品都是正常的酒店用品標準，並且都有一客一換的，白天咱們都能看到有阿姨在忙碌，如有要換床品或者洗漱用品的可以及時聯繫前台。對於前台的話術我們也會再做調整，衹是作為提醒優先告知擔心會弄臟床品，其實是温馨提示，前台以後一定説話温柔婉轉些。期待旅途愉快，不要影響對洛陽的好印象！

رد من مكان الإقامة: 不好意思鬧誤會了！咱家衹有在節假日時間才會設定14點以後辦理入住，大家都知道4月是洛陽牡丹花卉，店裡每晚房間都緊張，由於退房時間為12點，咱家還是保潔阿姨換床單被罩，總床位100多每天退一半多，衹有很少的時間打掃衞生了，所以入住時間會延遲一點，您來的過於早但是大廳很多位置可以休息滴；至於不讓去房間看，在使用身份證辦理入住前，所有人我們都不會帶去房間參觀，為了已經入住客人的安全和私隱着想，換位思考如果你在房間我突然開門衹是為了讓還沒有入住的人來參觀你的房間，誰都不樂意嘛~~~每家店有自己的管理模式，希望大家理解~~還是希望大家在洛陽玩得愉快舒心！

Although the subway station is slightly far away, you can feel the smoke and fire of the old city area along the way on foot, and you can also choose to share bicycles or take public transportation (about a 10 minute drive). Perhaps you will discover unexpected scenery! We have carefully recorded the feedback regarding the bed! Our mattress is made of high-density soft rubber material, which focuses on elastic support and breathability. It may cause different body sensations due to individual sleep habits. We apologize for our poor consideration! We always believe that "cost-effectiveness" is a precious gift on the journey, and we are glad that this trip can provide you with a cost-effective leisure space!
