The room facilities are very new, with smart curtains, smart toilets, and takeaways are delivered to the room by robots. The kids are very excited. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The service is simply great! ! ! We went to the hotel at 4am in the morning, and check-in on the same day was at 6am, but they checked us in at the right time! ! I felt a little fever in the hotel, and they provided a thermometer. The cleaning was also very good! They came to clean and folded our clothes. This is the most comfortable Hanting I have stayed in so far.

房間很新，很乾凈。帶孩子出遊，乾淨安靜會優先考慮。一家四口定的兩張兩米的房間，實際比圖片上看到的還要大，有沙發，大桌子，還有掛衣區和衣櫃。服務也非常熱情，到位，撤到了以後還幫我們拿行李，需要什麼前台很迅速的迴應，孩子非常喜歡機器人送物，每天瓶裝水也不限量供應，行程原因衹住了三天，漢庭給我們留下了非常美好的印象。房間忘了拍圖，湊了幾張。

房間非常整潔乾淨，淋浴間足夠寬大，衞生間乾淨無異味，房間寬敞，設施齊全，中央空調完好，使用起來無明顯噪音，效果好。床上用品乾淨。酒店大堂，樓層服務員熱情禮貌，服務周到，早餐也不錯。日常瓶裝水供應充足。本次來洛陽旅遊住了5個晚上非常滿意，看品牌選了漢庭酒店，這次體會到了這家酒店應該是該品牌中的服務明星。

房間非常非常的新，據服務員説是剛開兩個月。所以，讓我對漢庭的重新有了認知，真是印象深刻啊。不光是設備，新房間房間大。而且服務也非常好，尤其是前台的服務員一個瘦瘦高高的小姑娘，熱心仔細，讓我對她印象深刻，雖然不知道她的姓名，但是在此我一定要表揚她的工作態度很好，一定為要她點贊。
由於出租車的定位和攜程上的定位是有差距的，反覆找了幾次都沒有辦法確定他們的酒店，於是我請的小姑娘幫我定位，她也反覆找了好幾次，沒有不耐煩，手腳很快搞定。我出門時還不忘讓我帶他們的上水，仔細又温馨！下次還會再來！
