You have to go to the water dispenser in the lobby to get water with your own cup. It is very inconvenient for those who don't bring cups. We booked two rooms. One of them had poor soundproofing. The neighbor was noisy until 1 or 2 in the morning. The other room had a power outage. The staff was very nice and said they were sorry and gave the guests some gifts to express their apology, but nothing happened. They said they would fix the electricity and let us know, but nothing happened.

房間挺乾淨，設施上也比較完備，看門口寫的研學營地，有足球場之類的，小孩來踢球，還有上下鋪的房間應該很不錯，我們四個朋友，定了一個家庭房，三室一廳。有冰箱，有浴缸，該有的都有， 有點缺點，一樓那個房間有點小，空調太小了，製冷沒感覺到有什麼效果，另外不知道櫃子是因為沒有放好味兒，屋子裡枴子還多，就還是有味，因為沒有窗户?不知道原因，介意的人，尤其家人帶孩子住要考慮這個問題，服務方面可能是我們去的太晚了，沒有時間給我們交待太多，半夜到的，第二天一早也就走了，還行

環境真的很好，清明假期和朋友出遊，在洛陽最滿意的就是住的這個民宿了。推薦推薦！ 設施：完善，適合朋友家人出遊，自駕很方便。 衞生：衞生真的很好，不管是房間裏面還是這個民宿範圍內都很好。 環境：環境安靜，還有小孩子玩的區域，還有野炊區，聽介紹還可以點烤全羊。 服務：服務特別好，因為晚上的車早上很早就到了，提前聯繫了酒店辦了提前入住，找錯了入口，跑錯了邊，保安大叔很貼心得帶我們去了前台，還幫忙提了行李箱。因為清明假期人多，趕不及退房的時候，聯繫了民宿工作人員，最後晚了挺久退房自己感到抱歉民宿工作人員還説沒關係，情緒特別好，特別温柔。遇到事情真的很用心幫忙解決。
