I booked a 458 yuan Tibetan-style experience room, but they said it was a special offer room, even though they offered to upgrade me to an upstairs room for free. It felt like they were testing my limits regarding the room. However, I was still very grateful for their help with my luggage. 5-star review overall. Small suggestion: Is the bathroom mirror for children? You can't see yourself unless you squat down (＞y＜)"
