整體衞生狀況堪憂，一是臨水臨山蚊蟲多，二是房間常年沒人精細打掃，陳年污垢較多。
大門口到房間有很多台階，但服務員會幫忙搬行李。
房間外就是青衣江，水聲很大，但屬於自然白噪音，倒是不影響睡眠。
對青衣江漂流來説，位置比較方便，價格實惠，衞生就不計較這麼多了。

前台大姐服務熱情，很清靜，可到河邊步道慢走，空氣清新，就熱水稍差了點（水小），距成都一個多小時車程不遠！

真心推薦這家民宿酒店，住宿條件和環境是真的好，性價比超高。酒店是在農莊裡麪，每個房間獨立的，背山面水的位置；清晨醒來拉開窗，房間前面的湖面翻滾雲海籠罩着它，頌風雅.祝卿安，318川藏網上的起點就是它，出發下一個景點在中間停駐休息絕佳地#衞生

環境純天然，服務非常周到，開車去周邊玩交通也很方便，房子後面是青衣江可以下到江邊，天氣熱的時候露營應該不錯，空氣清新。缺點就是晚上蟲很多，就是小皺蝽，真的很多。如果接受不了的就不用考慮來了。

我衹想説，太滿意了，房間裝修有特色，拉開窗簾江景一覽無餘，推開門，外面鳥語花香，下台階就是青衣江，非常美，尤其是清晨，江面上飄着淡淡的薄霧，水墨畫一樣
