"We were first given a room that was facing a construction site and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Informed the receptionist who checked us in and she asked that we leave the aircon to run for a few hours and draw the curtains. Honestly she was rather unfriendly and unhelpful. Upon returning to the room in the evening, it was still stuffy and equally warm. Called the front desk and only after persistent complains and asking the hotel staff to come experience it for himself, did we manage to have the room changed. The new room was on a lower floor with a different facing but temperature in room so much much cooler and comfortable."
