Great hotel. We only booked this as we were travelling a while and we had an early flight. Standard premier inn can’t fault it

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

rooms are ok nice and clean , near town short walk but ok. I think the breakfast is a little expensive £10.99 yes i know its unlimited, but cant they do a small medium or large ? free car parking at the hotel ( but it is closed at 2200 hrs untill 0600 hrs )

Absolutely lovely welcome. Very easy check in after a long motorway journey. Room was very clean and well laid out. Bathroom with a bath, which I much prefer to a shower. Comfortable bed and enough space for everything I needed. Just about all that is needed when away for a few days. I was greeted by Bronwyn on my arrival. Very helpful indeed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending a good local restaurant for dinner. The whole experience was let down by the breakfast. It was poor quality, items took ages to be replenished and the areas at breakfast were messy.

Used this hotel as was cheaper than the Luton airport one and still only 10mins from airport. The girl on reception was so so helpful wish I got her name. Room was adequate. The communal areas where a bit rough round the edges but would stay her again when going to Luton airport for an early flight.

The place needs, and seems to be getting some TLC, but the staff -- especially Bronwyn on the desk (and everywhere else) was brilliant. Premier Inns, you should get her to a position where she can really affect your business ... she's a real asset.
