"This accommodation should be ideal for those who stay temporarily near the airport for any reason. The location is very convenient. The airplane noise is expected simply because of the location. The room has a private bathroom, clean, and provides everything you probably need. Of course it is not a luxury option. I would stay here again as long as the price is still reasonable."

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."

"The bed is placed between a pillar and the window sill. The bed cannot be dropped from the left or right. It can only be dropped from one side, which is very inconvenient! The photo is not like this, I feel like I have been deceived🥹
There was no refill shower gel in the bathroom, so I had to step out in the middle of the shower and look for shower gel in my suitcase to complete the showering process😭😭
The bed is very soft and the quilt is relatively simple. I even found one or two short hairs on the bed🥲
The good thing is that the decoration of the hotel is relatively new👍🏼 and the service staff are quite polite."

PPlayful+JoyfulThe staff is friendly and the breakfast was available for early fright travelers. No hot foid provided. The room is dusty and in dark blue colour. Many dust on the bedding, so I couldnt sleep because of allergies. I wont book the hotel again although the hotel is closed to luton airport.

AAlex DuncanThe staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner.
I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable.
As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me.
Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel and staff were very friendly and helpfull nothing was ever to much. We stayed in a standard room but had no tea and coffee facilities which I think should be available in all rooms. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

GGuest UserExcellent location, a couple o hundred yards from the Dart shuttle train for a four or five minute ride into Luton Airport. we securely parked at the hotel for an extra cost
Friendly staff, good clean room.
Food choice in the evening limited, the vegetarian curry we had was tasty. Breakfast good.

DDave Hudson 1981The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and the nightstand were also friendly. Only downside was rhat there was no bar in the hotel ir a place to get any refreshments but otherb rhab. That it was a good cheap budget friendly hotel and for the money I paid I can't really complain
