Bedbugs are everywhere in the Golden Summit, and the Starry Sky Tent is also full of bedbugs, which can’t be eradicated. We were given a disposable four-piece bed set, three quilts in the room, an electric blanket, and a starry sky tent to withstand wind and rain. But there are many people who climb up at night and have no place to stay. They just hang around and chat. Because the sound insulation is not good and there are many bed bugs, they cannot get a good rest.

①Environment: There is no place to put the tent. It is built directly on the wooden corridor. The sound of talking can be tolerated. There is no stop for footsteps walking back and forth all night. The sound of wooden sticks knocking on the wooden corridor makes it impossible to rest. To put it bluntly, It's torture! In the early morning, a large number of tourists came in to watch the sunrise and trampled on the tents on the plank road! There is also the risk of causing a stampede! ! I understand that the tent environment is harsh and there is a large flow of eleven people, but if there is no room for it, please don’t take any more tent reservations. The location cannot be chosen by tourists. Placing it in a public corridor will block the road and affect the rest of the guests. I don’t know if there are other places besides the merchants. Making money, what other benefits are there to tourists? ②Hygiene: It is understandable that the quilt cannot be cleaned in time due to the heavy flow of people, but at least some disinfection devices should be provided, right? Quilts were stuffed directly into plastic bags and placed in piles, tents were placed randomly, and tourists had to prepare disposable quilt covers themselves. Garbage was everywhere in the scenic area, and no one cleaned the toilets in a timely manner. The wastewater flowing out of the garbage dumps was extremely stinky. ③ Facilities: There is only one toilet in Golden Summit. You have to climb up and down the mountain to go to the toilet. Hot water points are only available next to the toilet. Food, drink and toilet are placed next to the toilet. The entire Golden Summit is like a refugee camp. Bathing costs 30 per person and only costs 10. minutes, the supporting facilities cannot keep up with the flow of people. ④Service: It’s just like sending refugees to a refugee camp. You can’t choose a location after paying for the tent. There is a 100 deposit for the quilt. You have to carry it to the tent yourself. After finishing it, you have to carry a bunch of quilts through the crowds early in the morning. We had to go and return the quilt, otherwise the deposit would not be refunded, and we would really have to spend money to get abused. We just gave up on returning the quilt because there was no way we could get out! ! The scenery of Wugong Mountain is indeed beautiful, but the supporting facilities cannot keep up with the development. The tourists are not refugees. They spent money and did not enjoy any services, and it was very painful. If it cannot accommodate so many tourists, it is obvious that they can choose not to sell tent rentals, but It is not built on a public plank road. You cannot shirk your responsibility for the congestion at Golden Summit! The popularity has brought traffic to Wugong Mountain. I hope we won’t do a one-time business and ruin our brand!
