Great place to stop from the harsh Egyptian experience. An oasis for sure great garden and fantastic service. It’s a must do after long travels.

Really an incredible experience. Everyone from the reception, to the breakfast service to the pool and room service were exceptional.
They made us feel welcome, at home and helped us enjoying our stay.
Will definitely come back and recommend others that want to have an unforgettable experience in Luxor.

是一家有歷史底藴的酒店。從整體設計、裝修風格到服務氣質，彷彿回到19世紀末的歐洲美好時代。風格奢華典雅，侍者具有體面的禮貌與分寸感。住在面對尼羅河房間，日出日落，美景如畫。在盧克索每天忙着看東西兩岸的神廟陵墓，但抽出一小時在酒店內探索一番，或是泳池小憩後，六點左右在酒店觀賞落日，也是很美好的體驗。ps:早點出門，走到盧克索神廟7分鐘，趕在開門可享受神廟包場遊。看完正好回酒店早餐～

1️⃣ 我預訂的是尼羅河景房，不是基礎房型，但是酒店隔音太差，幾乎一晚上沒睡。辦入住也沒有提前告知，如果提前告知我會考慮換園景房。前面幾天我在別的酒店也住的類似尼羅河景房，但是完全不會影響休息，衹能説明硬件設施太差。和售賣價格不成正比。
2️⃣ 晚上斷電，連續斷電4-5次，酒店沒有做出任何迴應，我投訴後，酒店也衹是退10%，對於這種情況，我完全不能接受。
3️⃣房間面積也偏小，洗護等和老瀑布都是一樣的，但是面積實在太小。
4️⃣服務太一般，搬運行李也根本不主動，需要我們要求才會幫我們拿。
5️⃣ 早餐種類不多，餐廳也偏小。
整體體驗下來都不是很好，如果前面住過類似酒店或者尼羅河觀景的，其實可以不用住這家。
