البقاء لقضاء عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في ليون. الفندق جديد، غرفة كبيرة ونظيفة ومبهجة مع شرفة صغيرة. شارع هادئ الموقع بعيد قليلا عن المدينة ولكن محطة المترو تبعد 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام. إمكانية ركن السيارة في الشارع أمام الفندق. المطاعم القريبة. إفطار بسيط ولكن لا بأس به. يتم إغلاق مكتب الاستقبال من الساعة 12 ظهرًا حتى 3 مساءً، ووجدنا أنفسنا أمام فندق مغلق عندما وصلنا الساعة 2 ظهرًا.

كل شيء ممتاز في الفندق، رغم أنه على مشارف مدينة ليون، إلا أنه جميل المشي من المترو، كل شيء أخضر وزهور. الغرفة كبيرة وواسعة وغرفة الاستحمام كبيرة أيضًا وتوجد شرفة مفتوحة المشكلة الوحيدة كانت وجود رائحة عفنة، اضطررت لفتح الشرفة لتهويتها

شقة فندقية نظيفة جيدة مع فريق عمل ودود. الإفطار كان جيدًا ولكن لا يوجد شيء مميز. القيمة مقابل المال. لا يوجد استقبال بعد الساعة 20.00 حتى 07.00 في اليوم التالي!!!!

I love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem.... Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !

The room was clean and huge. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was somewhat clean but what let this place down was that the reception is not 24/7 this was something we overlooked that caused issues when we were awoken in the early hours by other guests in the hotel. This noise was continuous till around 5 am conveniently before the reception reopened. Breakfast was served by the receptionist so there was hardly any availability of the hot items and we left only having a few coffees and pastries.

I booked the trip via trip.com and was told that a service dog was not considered a pet. I had no problem paying $11 EU a day for parking because it was centrally located and I thought we would be close to everything. Not the case, it is located far from everything that you want to see and do while you are in Lyon, the only good thing was they are close to the Brassier L'Ouest. I had no intention of paying $12 EU a day for a service animal that has travelled globally without issue. We found the manager rude and condescending when it came to the service animal and did not understand French Law imposed in 2005. She actually lied to us saying she had call the 3rd part vendor which was untrue. For a hotel that allows for pets there was no room cleaning if the pet was in the room. We when were out to expensive restaurants or shopping a couple of times little was done, during our 5 day stay the room was only cleaned once and sheets not changed and garbage not emptied. I cannot recommend this establishment due to management style and not understanding French law when it comes to those who require additional assistance and medical awareness and issues that a service animal provides. All I can say is SHAME that our service dog can fly business class around the world free of charge but not at your 3 star establishment.

Établissement bien situé à 30 min environ de la gare Lyon perrache, Aux alentours vous trouverez Mac donalds un kebab et d’autres restaurant bien pratique ainsi qu’une supérette

Très bon accueil par une dame ! Hôtel silencieux . Très bien equipé . Je recommende
