This is a modest condo priced accordingly in a great location located at the center point in Maui that allows easy access to virtually all points of Interest on the island. Relaxing on the lanai during the months of November through April, you will be entertained by the humpback whales who have returned to Maui from summering in Alaska. For the last 2 years we have all watched a mother give birth to a calf and then watch as she spends the rest of the season teaching her calf how to swim, breech and have fun. All this visible right from the lanai.Year-round there are turtles bobbing their heads just before sunrise and you'll also see the occasional endangered monk seal sunning on the rocks in front of the condo.This condo is fully equipped with beach chairs and towels, books to read on the beach, new comfortable king bed, fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic view of the ocean in front of you with Haleakala (our volcano) in the background.
