"Costumer service is 💯. They have plenty of freebies we did not asked for and the staff always emphasized the complimentary services that we can enjoy. You can even watch the pod of dolphins swimming by the sea if you are lucky! They also offer Scuba diving but I was not able to dive coz we left the next day for another travel. They reply immediately to our messages and questions during and after booking. The food is great and they also offer free videoke! A very nice and budget-friendly place to bond with family and friends. Highly recommended!"

But the washroom needs improvement 1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite . 2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,"

"Only 2 dive masters available on the day we arrived. If you have a big group and want to introdive all at the sametime then I could not recommend this setup. Dive master was not responsive to hand signals. Despite several signal requesting to be brought up. He was still unresponsive. This not the first experience you would want to give."

"وأكثرها شهرة في منطقة الغوص في أنيلاو، حيث ينظر الغواصون في العالم إلى "جنة البعد المصغر" باعتبارها "جنة البعد المصغر" وليست بحثاً عن التفاصيل؛ فهي ليست سخيفة ولكنها حية. حتى لو لم يكن الغوص، فهو مناسب للجلوس على الشاطئ، لمشاهدة الغيوم، لمشاهدة الأمواج، لمشاهدة الضوء يتحرك ببطء. النقاط السلبية: الفندق سئ خدمة الواي فاي بالغرف سيئة ولا يوجد اي استراحة ويجب أن يكون هناك بعوضة مضادة للبعوض اسعار مرتفعه للوجبات ويجب ان تكون مع جمال المكان"

"People are friendly, quiet, and you will feel that you are in the province. Very thankful for the guy who cooked for me and my friend so we could have dinner even though they are already closed. There are lots of places there to chill. Also, the number in the app or in the receipt is not updated, you might try to call it but someone would tell you that you dialed the wrong number. So if you would like to contact the accommodation you can try to message them here instead."
