I was at Brisa da Costa with my family during Carnival 2023. The hotel is a great option to rest, as it is in a quiet area (it is a little far from the beach, but close to Lagoa da Imboassica - you can go there quickly by car or do a good walk, as the hotel is located at the top of a hill). Spacious rooms, good beds, good breakfast (not much variety and sometimes items were replenished with some delay), very beautiful outdoor area (lots of plants, trees and flowers), good swimming pool and games room (with foosball, ping pong and snooker, but the latter didn't have a ball when I went). It serves lunch, but there aren't many options. At night, there are burgers and pizzas. Very helpful and polite staff. It does not have an elevator. When I return to Macaé, I would like to stay there again.

O quarto era amplo. Lavatório no quarto, fora do banheiro. O ar condicionado ficou pingando no chão até inundar embaixo dele. Chuveiro elétrico só funcionava quente ou frio. Morno estava enguiçado. No jantar do primeiro dia a comida estava gelada e o peixe cru. Tivemos que terminar o cozimento no micro-ondas do restaurante. O café da manhã era bom, mas o queijo branco estava estragado. Tinha cafe quente disponível na recepção. O almoço do dia seguinte foi bom.

Olha tive uma experiência ruim com uma funcionaria, muito arrogante, pedir uma informação e a mesma foi rude. O nome dessa funcionaria é Flavia e creio que seja da cozinha, péssima funcionaria na minha opinião teria que ser demitida.

Conheci toda a estrutura do Costa e em Minha opinião vale muito apena somente se ficar hospedado na ala do Brisa, que achei ainda melhor que do que o resort Imbassai se for apenas em casal. O complexo do Costa é muito lindo em geral, mas a sofisticação, qualidade de comida, glamour, vc só encontra no Brisa. Ideal para casal!! Na ala no intermediário, os quartos são tão bons quanto, porém a beleza da piscina e qualidade da comida já muda totalmente. Uma das coisas que mais gostei do Costa é a Vila , onde se encontram diversas opções de restaurantes e atrações noturnas, parque infantil!! Surpreendeu 👍🏻 e independente da acomodação, todos tem acesso , basta pagar a parte se quiser algum restaurante diferente.

Atendimento excelente, só o hotel que parece ser um pouco antigo e precisa de umas reformas. Porém, todos os funcionários nos deram todo suporte em todos os sentidos. Exemplar. Absolutamente nada a declarar.

Estou ainda aqui no hotel , vou embora hoje!!!!!! as músicas tocada são muito ruin, faz uns 20 anos que foram sucesso , ontem acabou o gelo do bar, Absolut falta todo dia , eles serve stela mais nunca tem , fui falar com a gerente chamada Patricia , para prorrogar minha diária ele ainda me cobro sendo que entrei no Hotel as 15h e precisaria sair às 14 h , sendo que só passei nervoso , ontem não tinha toalha no meu quarto , liguei reclamando veio em prestação , o bar para pegar bebida tem fila todo dia ( absurdo ) é uma falta organização imensa , Pior Resort disparado que já fui , olha que já Viajei muito na minha vida !! NÃO RECOMENDO , fora os quarto que cheira mofo

Meu quarto tinha mosca. Lençol sujo, travesseiro fedorento com cheiro de suor. A noite senti frio e solicitei um edredon e não tinha mais. Me deram um lençol que era a única coisa limpa. Cpm esse lençol eu forrei o travesseiro e a cama pra tentar nao seintir o cheiro de sujeira. Não tenho reclamação do café da manhã e nem elogio. Normal!
