Very good service, my cousins (booked under other OTA) have a problem about their booking upon check in, luckily Kevin assisted to solve it patiently. Jane and a guy, I don’t know his name was very helpful and provided very good service during stay until check out, they help us to arrange taxi to the ferry terminal. Room is huge & comfortable to stay, they provide the extra pillow in a huge wardrobe :) Breakfast was good, variety and delicious. Location is a bit far from Macao’s landmark but it’s okay.

皇冠假日的標準配置，和澳門那些大型新酒店不能比，但地點離關閘很近，也有酒店巴士送去拱北。如果想去氹仔或者其他大酒店，可以先坐酒店大巴去關閘坐其他**車。不過，價格有點奇怪，提前半個多月預訂的價格反而比當天入住要貴。

房間很大挺乾淨，免費升級了海景房，非常漂亮。吃早餐的餐廳也可以看到海，早餐很豐盛。服務超級好，很熱情也很耐心，告訴我們怎麼搭乘巴士，搭乘酒店免費巴士可以到口岸，然後換乘去各個地方的巴士。

品牌有保證，屬於比較老的酒店，前台給升級了房間。房間大而乾淨，如果是帶孩子來入住，推薦入住這家，是正常可以睡覺的酒店，沒有那麼紙醉金迷。其它帶有**的酒店個人認為並不適合帶孩子入住。設施略顯老舊些。但整體非常乾淨。隔音也不錯。澳門不大，公交車也方便。地理位置屬於老城區，可以感受下澳門居民的日常。

房間非常寬敞，佈置温馨，我們加了一張床空間也蠻大的，海景房view也非常好。客房服務員非常親切友善，服務主動。酒店有一位負責質量品控的經理，是上海人，他非常nice ，待客賓至如歸，熱情主動服務我們，可惜不知道他名字。
下次來澳門，應該還會住這家酒店，他們的服務給同是曾經的酒店人留下了非常好的印象！

第二天出門時保潔人員很熱情，見面時主動徵詢是否可以打掃，前台還給了第三天的LATE CHECK OUT，貼心又奈斯！酒店早餐品種多，味道也好！這家酒店沒有烏煙瘴氣，安靜舒適，低調中不失格局，性價比頗高，值得一試！

Location is not so accessible. It’s further away from the city centre, but near to Gongbei port, they have free shuttle if you want to cross over to ZhuHai, China. Taxi seems to be the only way to go out / get back, unless you explore the local bus network. Travelling by taxi around Macau can be pretty costly. Cons is there are plenty of food options nearby due to the presence of many residential blocks.
Tidy and quiet room with nice review. Bathroom size is big with a bathtub. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
