This is my 3rd stay in Liboa hotel, hotel is still under renovation on the east wing, but it does not affect our stay at all.
Rather i will like to compliment the reception service provide during our check in is excellance.

我是一個人帶着2個孩子出行，比較重視交通問題的。機場可以坐新葡京**車，2個酒店之間的距離其實就是一個很窄的街道，完全不用擔心多走路。我是提前預約了機場免費接車，接車司機非常熱情，幫忙拿行李，介紹酒店的各項服務，真是十二分好評，走的時候也是跟前台約了車送到氹仔碼頭。酒店衞生設施我覺得都非常好，因為是老酒店，裝修各方面是一種老錢風，看我帶2個孩子主動免費升級了房型，無線網，插頭，衞生用品，免費飲料都非常好，根本不用操心。酒店樓下就是一個非常大的巴士站，交通四通八達，站裏也有引導員非常熱情，直接微信、付款寶掃碼註冊本地搭車碼，交通無憂。周邊的大三巴及一些景點，早上8：30前去人都非常少，可以錯開高峯期，總之，這次的行程因為訂了葡京酒店感覺變的很美好！

The staff were all excellent, form arriving at the airport to checking out all the staff were faultless. Everyone was so customer focused, made my stay so enjoyable

We were so happy to stay at Lisboa Hotel even we didnot enter the ******!
Lisboa Hotel has many friendly, helpful and nice staffs.
They helped us to make bus reservation to Macau International Airport.
We were so blessed to have our room upgraded to larger size and early checked-in.
The room was very clean, spotless!👍👍👍
Onething I want to suggest is the toilet needs Automatics Bidet👍👍👍: It would be PERFECT ROOM!
