The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in and also big thanks to the receptionist Mr. Edison give us early check in and late check out for free we maximize our time preparing since this is the last day
of our trip😍😍😍😍 We were impressed by the exceptional service and the personal touch from the team. They were attentive to every need and questions we have. There are also lots of filipino staff that is very welcoming and friendly. 🥰🥰🥰
Me and my family had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

We had our wedding at this hotel, and it turned out lovely! The staff were helpful in setting up everything, and arranging all of the guests and other stuff. Justin in particular was very attentive to our need during the event, and flexible with whatever we wanted. Excellent, beautiful location for our big day, and 10/10 service from the hotel. I don’t want to get married again, but if I did, I would do it here!

I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life, but the one that stands out the most for its exceptional hospitality is the one I recently visited. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt like I was in the best of hands. The hotel itself was very relaxing and comfortable, making it a perfect getaway.

Great hotel far away from the chaos in Macau! The breakfast buffet was great with chef stations and a variety of food including fufu, dimsum and cold cuts as well as the bread section. It’s always a pleasure staying here and it’s a place where you can truly relax. Many thanks to the lady who checked us in and let us check out late!

Our stay at the Grand Coloane Resort was the peaceful escape we were craving. Perched on a mountainside, love the stunning vistas of Hac Sa Beach from our private balcony—it felt a world away from Macau's bustling *******. The colonial charm is real, but we loved the modern comforts in our spacious room.
We made full use of the amazing facilities; the pools were a highlight. A special shout-out to the incredible staff—from the moment we booked to the attentive housekeeping, everyone made us feel so welcome; Sai, Victor and our housekeeper at Room 509, you made our birthday celebration truly special. The breakfast buffet is an absolute must, with a great mix of international and local dishes.
You might notice a few signs of its age, but we felt it only added to the character. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and activity, and we’re already dreaming of going back.

No ****** crowd but a resort to relax. A bit run down, still attractive. Excellent well kept swimming pool. Stunning. Indoor pool is a bit small. Very remote and spending a lot on taxi unless you ride the public bus nearby.

房間很不錯，也有露天和室內泳池，房間內也有浴缸。附近就是黑沙灘。旁邊晚上還有美麗華餐廳。泳池賣的泳褲泳鏡挺貴的，要游泳的人，記得一定要自己提前帶漢喔:-O
