رحلتنا للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية فاقت التوقعات، وكانت تجربة رائعة للغاية! شكرًا لفندق ذا لندنر! أقمنا في جناح لويس، الذي يتميز بتصميم إنجليزي عتيق، يمزج بين الجلد الفاخر والتكنولوجيا الحديثة ببراعة. وبمناسبة الذكرى السنوية، قام الفندق بتزيين الغرفة وتجهيز كعكة، مما أضفى لمسة احتفالية مميزة. تجربة الطعام في مطعم 'وا تينغ' كانت ذات قيمة رائعة جدًا، حيث شمل حجزنا وجبة فطور (برانش)، شاي بعد الظهر، وساعة الكوكتيل المسائية. وجبة الفطور (البرانش) تستمر حتى الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا، واخترنا الإفطار الغربي الذي تميز ببيض بينيديكت بالكركند، بالإضافة إلى حساء معدة السمك، وعصيدة سرطان البحر، ومعجنات صينية. شاي بعد الظهر قدم تشكيلة من المعجنات الصينية والغربية التي فاقت التوقعات، خاصةً المأكولات البحرية الصغيرة المتبلة، ومجموعة متنوعة من السندويتشات والآيس كريم. ساعة الكوكتيل المسائية من الساعة السادسة إلى الثامنة مساءً كانت تتيح مشروبات غير محدودة، وكان النادل يشرح عن كل مشروب. كما توفرت العديد من الوجبات الخفيفة، لدرجة أنها كانت كافية لتكون عشاءً كاملاً. أخيرًا، مستوى الخدمة في فندق ذا لندنر يُعد معيارًا صناعيًا. بعد الحجز، تواصل معنا المضيف مسبقًا للترتيبات، وعند تسجيل الدخول، استقبلنا موظفو الاستقبال ونادوا أسمائنا. أشعر أن جميع العاملين هناك يهتمون بأدق التفاصيل، وقد تركت هذه التفاصيل الخدمية الصغيرة انطباعًا عميقًا لدي. سأعود بالتأكيد للاحتفال بمناسباتنا الهامة القادمة هنا مجددًا! 🎉

Stayed at the Londoner hotel for our mini honeymoon! Once we walked in, we could already feel the impeccable service provided by the team at Londoner. From check-in to dining at the residence and also at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, we felt like the service team tried their utmost best to make us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Collin who helped us arrange the ferry tickets and limo to ferry terminal!! The suite was also spotless and decorated beautifully! Definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub and massage chair at the suite!

What an amazing hotel. From before we even arrived, they contacted us to make the sty special. Transfer service organised, we were greeted upon arrival at the curb. The hotel facade is something to behold! Spectacular! All our requirements were well and truly met and beyond. The room we had was superb, with bath bongs delivered, treats on arrival, a stocked mini bar and personalised greetings. We absolutely recommend the use of all the day services: breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all way beyond expectations. Cannot wait to return

Great stay at The Londoner: excellent service, tasty food, smart room design with well-placed sockets and tidy wiring. The only downside was long check-in queue.

We enjoyed our stay at the Louis Suite at the Londoner Hotel during the Easter holiday. Staffs were always attentive and welcoming. Great hotel facilities and the suite features a tasteful design with comfy and cozy ambiance. We also love the breakfast and afternoon tea, both were excellent with a great selection and quality as usual. The only minor disappointment was the reception area on the ground floor, which felt less spacious and private than we expected for a luxury hotel. We didn’t receive a room upgrade this time, which we had hoped for, although it didn’t take much from our overall great experience, and we still had a lovely family stay at the Londoner.

Stayed one night with mom on her birthday and it’s definitely a 5-star experience (5/5) at the Londoner. The guest relations team contacted me 2 days prior and message me on WhatsApp to share all the details I need and whenever I need help during my stay I also message them and they are super responsive and helpful. The room is beautifully designed with a fully stocked mini bar and all kind of amenities you need. One of the highlight is definitely the in-room foot massager - I spent an hour there to relax my feet after the long walk on the first day and please don’t forget to try on the bathrobe, it’s the best one I have ever tried! I most wanna take it home LOL! All in all, mom and I had a wonderful stay there with great F&B offerings and extraordinary services.
