Receptionist are friendly and during our stays there's raining days in Macau. We had rent an umbrella (with deposit fee) from the hotel, thanks for the service. We stay two nights, the hotel only provide two bottle of water for first day. The bed is too soft for us but it's super single bed, which is good. Location wise is convenience too, downstairs has bus stops to airport or other city area, from hotel we walk to 官也街 too. Happy stay in this hotel! 😁

Outstanding
TTina_xiaoyatou880701I am a guest from Room 13119. This is my first stay here after the renovation. The lobby is very beautiful, and the welcome ambassadors are all handsome and hospitable. Jamie and Sanjieb warmly took my son to play claw machines and lottery games, and we were lucky to win a dining voucher. Alex Chen from the concierge department kindly helped me book a restaurant. The front desk staff Jacky Xue was very enthusiastic and handled the check-in quickly, which was completed in a few minutes. On the way to the room, we met the welcome ambassador Alex Huang, who took us to Miao Tai to get mango ice cream sticky rice. When he learned that my son is learning to play basketball, he chatted with my son about basketball and encouraged him to study hard. When we returned to the room, we were surprised to find birthday decorations and a delicate cake, truly feeling the warmth of being at home. After check-out, the bellboy helped me put my luggage into the shuttle bus to the border gate. The entire process from check-in to check-out was perfect, and the hotel staff and facilities were impeccable. As the summer vacation approaches, I believe that Londoner Hui will become the best choice for many travelers to Macau.
KKa lamThe room is spacious , service is great. Room service was good, everything was just perfect.
The waterpark was super fun for all ages . Such a great deal during off seasons
EEd WongThe family had a wonderful stay at the Parisian. It's super convenient, and had an amazing swimming pool and playhouse (both indoor and outdoor) for children to play in. They upgraded our room to one facing the Eiffel Tower and it was a gorgeous view indeed. Would definitely stay again.
RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.
GGuest UserPros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.
GGuest UserQuick check in and out. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful, and had offered very useful information and advice. The room was spacious, neat and clean, and was well maintained. Would stay at the hotel again if visiting Taipa again.
SS BizWe enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
EExplorhears Travel and ToursWe were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau.
The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh.
We generally loved our stay
MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
