Outstanding
EEllaThe trip was to celebrate our anniversary, we are happy that there was a complimentary cake and beautiful decorates from the hotel. All guest can get a Thai mango sticky rice ice cream from hotel's Thai Restaurant when you show the room card. We had the buffet dinner at Hampton Court, the order seafood and cold seafood were quite fresh and delicious. Thanks for Lydia Xie (Guest Relations Officer – Reservations), Kimmy Luo (Guest Relations Officer – Reservations) and Gwyn Zhang (Senior Guest Relations Officer – Reservations - Call Centre Operations), about the room and buffet booking arrangement, efficiency reply of my email. And we also have two Londoner Bull Dog toys as a souvenir gift from the hotel. This trip let us have had a memorable anniversary!
MMA TravelerWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Parisian Macao. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious — the décor was elegant and tasteful, creating a truly grand atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight of our stay. There were so many delicious options to choose from, catering to a variety of tastes — we looked forward to it each morning!
We also made great use of the hotel amenities, including the free shuttle from the airport, the well-equipped gym, and a discounted entry to TeamLab SuperNature, which was an incredible experience.
The staff were professional and courteous, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Macau. Highly recommended!
RRenz AngeloRoom was great and the decoration is superb. My wife and I really enjoyed the room. Big thanks to housekeeping for very good service and granting all of my request. However I felt a bit annoying when I arrived at the lobby during my check in process. I work for night shift and after work I had to prepare everything to surprise my wife for our anniversary. My struggles and sleepless night is unexplainable. When I came to lobby there’s a long queue for check in then when it’s my turn the receptionist didn’t want to continue my check in process since I don’t bring my passport with me, I only have my bluecard and a picture of my passport. Still he didn’t want to accept. I hope he could’ve make atleast consideration. Imagine that I would have to go back again and again and again. I felt so exhausted, tired and annoyed. Hopefully you can do better next time. But also thanks to the Filipino guy in the reception for showing empathy and kind gesture. If you were not there at that time i dont know what to feel. You make my anger a little less..
HHAI NGOK**Exceptional Service That Made Our Stay Unforgettable!**
Our recent stay at W Hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and efficiently handled all requests. ”Special thanks to CHRIS for his helpful local tips!” The housekeeping team maintained our room impeccably, paying attention to even the smallest details.
What truly stood out was the staff’s genuine willingness to help. Whether arranging transportation or recommending hidden gems in the city, they did it all with professionalism and a positive attitude.
This level of hospitality is rare and deserves high praise. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend W Hotel to anyone seeking a seamless, personalized experience.
CCLYThe hotel is grand. Because I went at the peak time, the room rate I paid was 3 times more expensive than low season. It’s a casino hotel. In late afternoon or evening, it’s very crowded and congested. The room is clean but soaked with a mold smell, not very serious but for someone with allergy, it might be an issue. The door cannot provide sound proof function. The other guests taking noise at the corridor or closure of other room’s door could be clearly heard. It’s a casino hotel and night life was vibrant. Be expected to be woken up by these noises several times after midnight even way passed the sleeping hours. The room is spacious and the famous Grand Canal shopping mall is close. If the room rate is low seasons price, it’s very good. But if is the peak seasons price, it might not worth it.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
SS BizWe enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
EExplorhears Travel and ToursWe were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau.
The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh.
We generally loved our stay
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
