Premier Inn Macclesfield North

You know what your getting with a premier inn & it delivered nicely. The real bonus is the restaurant and staff, who were extremely efficient & friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had lunch with family on arrival and then two morning's breakfast. Gentleman in charge (sorry didn't get name), is excellent & deserves recognising for his cheerful, friendly & efficient manner. We will be staying again when here visiting familty.

I always use premier inn for business trips and until this stay they’ve been amazing. Firstly we were woken at 6:30am by deliveries the driver had no awareness of the time and was making so much noise also the premier inn staff didn’t help as they were also joking with the driver loudly. Next the breakfast at the beefeater wasn’t edible, usually we love a premier inn breakfast, we ordered 2 of each item the hasbrowns were cremated the sausages were hard like they’d been sat on a hot plate for hours the bacon was like leather and the eggs were barely cooked. We waited almost 35 mins for it to arrive and we literally had a mouthful.

The best Premier In and Beefeater we’ve ever stayed in - Great Staff, great room, fantastic Steak last night and Breakfast this morning was ace served by really friendly staff - Thankyou 🤩 Bonus points for the Worthington Creamflow 11 out of 10

I just want to say how welcome all the staff make you feel. You are welcomed and cared for especially as a solo traveller. The rooms are always very clean and well equipped. The Beefeater next door provides all you need. A lovely relaxing place to stay. The staff are all so lovely, helpful and welcoming. I must give a special mention to Barry. who is really fantastic at front of house, makes you feel special, he really cares about his customers. I must also mention Sandra who went above and beyond recently. I mentioned that the guide on my T.V. was not working, she came to my room to see the problem, brought another remote, then as that didn't solve the problem she went away and soon came back with the answer and the problem was solved. I had told her so the Inn knew it needed fixing. I was so happy that the issue was solved so quickly. Sandra was not going to have a customer who was not 100% satisfied with their visit. All the staff in the Beefeater are lovely as well. So if you need a place to stay for business or leisure this Premier Inn is the place to stay.

Stayed for a short solo stay which was lovely. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It has a great location close to the Peak District and Manchester, which was convenient for my travel. Very comfortable bed and would recommend to others.

I don't know if its the same at all Premier Inns, but the standard and service provided at this one is not worthy of a so called budget hotel. Nor is the price. On entering our room it was obvious someone had been smoking in it. Not acceptable whether by previous guest, cleaner, workman...told receptionist who didnt apologise, just said to let her know if it happens again!! The flow of water from the tap in the bathroom sink was miniscule, the water was either hot or freezing cold. The heating never works in this hotel and the fan provided gave out an industrial amount of cold air! Not safe to leave window open overnight so because Iwe went some ventilation we had to have the fan on and freeze. And it seems PI can n o longer stretch to glasses AND mugs. The mugs are now made out of glass, presumlbly to double as both! it is a joke. The price you pay for something like this pathetic idea and no cleaning. We stay at this one regularly as it is near to family but if we could find another in a convenient location we wouldn't hesitate to forget this place. The only good thing is the breakfast, always quality with friendly staff.
