"What a gem!! A peaceful setting yet so convenient to get to the city with the metro stop (North Ryde) only a short walking distance away and only four stops from city central - less than 25 minutes! Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four. It’s a great option for families looking for the flexibility to eat in, enjoy peaceful nights, and getting to the city hassle free."

"Great location as my wife was in Macquarie University Hospital. Reception was friendly and professional albeit my booking details seemed elusive but this was quickly sorted. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare and was fresh and plentiful. Parking is outdoor and was not included in the tariff but was relatively inexpensive and plenty of spots."

"리셉션이 없고 관리인도 전화를 받지를 않아 체크인 하는데 너무 힘들었습니다. 주변 이웃들과 아파트 관리사무소에 KULA회사를 아느냐고 물었지만 모두 몰랐고 안내해주는 푯말도 없었습니다. 나는 방2개 아파트를 예약했는데 그들은 더블 예약을 받았고 방2개짜리 아파트는 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 방1개짜리 아파트 2개를 우리가족에게 주었고 두개의 아파트가 층이 달라서 우리 가족은 떨어져 있어야만 했습니다. 너무 너무 불편했고 불친절했습니다. 다신 예약하지 않을겁니다. 모두 체크인 하는데 어려움을 겪을거예요. 조심하세요!"

"Quiet place to sleep and easy to drive around. Offered breakfast could have been a bit more options of sausage and cereal. Good value overall. Btw not sure if I didn’t know how to but couldn’t change the direction of the aircon so it was blowing over me."

"Had a change of schedule so called ahead as I needed to find out if I could store a bag there. The receptionist said there were some rooms available now and I was given early access. The first room I was in had sound on the tv but no picture so I was immediately moved to another room with absolutely no trouble. The reception area now has complimentary coffee for guests which was an absolute life saver. I have always enjoyed my stays here as it is lovely and quiet and most rooms open on to the grassed area near the lake. The room has everything you need if working in a laptop and is well set up with a great shower and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied. Could not fault the service and stay often. Parking is limited near reception area but there is plenty of parking behind reception within a short walking distance and is free."

"Every trip to Sydney I always stay at meriton Suites, meriton mascot, Chatswood, and north Ryde. Because good location, near train station and spacious room."

"The room is big and comfy. 10 mins walk to nearby metro station. 15mins bus ride to Macquarie center for supermarkets, foodcourt and an ice rink. Around 30 mins bus ride to city center."

"The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻"

"Very cleaned room and nice helpers. Near Macquarie Centre and metro, easy to go everywhere and shopping anytime. Nice laundry room and the fitness room. But the choice of breakfast provided by the hotel is very limited, still tastes good. We stayed for 7 nights and everything went well. This place is highly recommended. You can find many chargers in the room. Good privacy and quiet space."

"This hotel is beautiful, modern, fresh, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Smooth and friendly check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We really felt that they thought of everything in this hotel. Customer service is top notch, including the hotel manager and duty manager. Although the hotel is not in the city, the metro line is a few steps from the hotel. Very quick and convenient to be in the city in under 2 minutes. Shout out to management, especially Sri who reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. "
