The staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well.
The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods. 
They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u.
Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order.
The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed.
Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.

I love this chain of hostels, but on Koh Rong the conditions were a bit Spartan: 12 beds in a room (there weren't even any other options), no hot water in the shower, beds without shelves and personal space. But the breakfasts are delicious! The location is just top, right on the seashore. The hostel has a lot of hammocks, sun loungers and other places to relax on the beach. And of course, a crazy atmosphere and parties 🤘🏻

We stayed in a 6 person female dorm. What we didn't know, was that we book during a Festival Weekend with big lineups - so keep that in mind. 

💚Pros: 
+ Super friendly and competent staff, very good English as well
+ Private lockers in the room (you'll need your OWN lock tho), plenty of storage space
+ Curtains on each bunk bed, gives you a feeling of privacy
+ close to the beach and plenty of good Cafés, 7elevens, restaurants and lots of other stores and shops 
+ Staff doesn't come in daily to clean, but does come if you ask 
+ Has a pool, balcony on each room and a bathroom in each dorm room
+ They have a restaurant on the ground floor, which has pretty good breakfast 

💔CONS
- we didn't inform ourselves enough, so we were quite surprised to find out that it was a party hostel
- there is a spacious bar on the ground floor, which is pretty busy until like 12 at night. Quiet hours are from 12 to 7 tho, so the only noise you'll hear are people wandering around. The soundproofing is pretty decent tho and you'll do well with good earplugs. 
- the water is absolutely cold and the water pressure is extremely weak, so be prepared. 

💗 We were pretty satisfied with our stay, but this Hostel is definitely recommended for people who either love clubbing or travel solo - since it's pretty easy to meet new people in this Hostel.
