Private and quiet. 4 minute walk to the world class Madeira Beach, grocery store, dollar store, liquor store, CVS, shops, bars/restaurants, tennis/pickleball court and playground. Private gas grill. Intracoastal view. Contemporary design with all new appliances, luxury linens, upgraded cable and fast WiFi. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience with laundry supplies. -Kitchen has all conveniences including dishwasher (soap for hands, dishes and dishwasher), oven/ceramic cooktop stove, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, pots and pans, cleaning supplies if needed, plates, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, cooking utensils, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, cups, Ziplock bags, Pam, olive oil, condiments, salt and pepper, tea, coffee K-cups, sweetener, and much more. Plenty of cabinet space for guests. -Living area has a sofa and futon that folds down into a bed. Large ottoman can be used as a footrest, table and storage for games and sofa/futon linens. One side of the ottoman pulls up to be used as a table. Both lamps are touch controlled and have USBs built in for charging. The ceiling fan is remote controlled, blinds are room darkening and private. Plenty of floor space for kiddos. Large television with upgraded 200+ channels, streaming. -There is a separate dining area with table that seats six. -Both bedrooms have a king bed and wonderful linens, pillows and comforter. There are extra linens for all beds and every sleeper has at least two pillows. Touch lights on each side of the beds have an outlet and 2 USB ports for easy phone charging. Overhead ceiling fans are remote controlled. There are light blocking blinds and large closets. Dressers in each room for guest storage, ironing board and iron with spray starch, lint roller, shelving to hang clothes and lots of hangers. Also in the closets are extra bath, beach towels, and extra linens. Central air/heat wall control is in the living area. -The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms, tub/shower, toilet with extra paper, sink, hand and bar soap, towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and extra toiletries, first aid supplies, sunscreen and aloe (in case). If there is anything you need during your stay that is not provided above, please ask. At the bottom of the stairs to your condo is a gas grill only for your condo. -In large grey seat/storage bin on balcony you'll find beach necessities, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella/sand screw, cooler, sand toys, beach football and basketball if requested to use at ROC park. The property is a very large condo complex and this condo is located in the middle between the two pools. When you enter the complex through the gated drive the Clubhouse will be on your left. The condo is to your left, then take the next left and it is on the left on the second floor with a balcony. In the Clubhouse you will find the fitness center, billiard room, jacuzzi and sauna. Next to the clubhouse is the first pool, with the second one a short walk to the east, both are heated and open from 8:30am to 10:00pm. There is a sidewalk next to the Intracoastal that follows the entire complex and leads to fishing piers and beautiful water views. From here you can see boats passing, and the Madeira Beach (Tom Stuart) Causeway with drawbridge. All along the sidewalk are concrete picnic tables with umbrellas and benches for anyone to use. It's not uncommon to see dolphins, manatees, and fish jumping during your walk. Everyone who has stayed loves this condo and we have many return guests.
