slow service. we had to ask for basic amenities like toilet roll, refilling of water bottle. linen including bed linen had stain and we had to ask to change. dust and hair on the floor post arrival that they should check before arrival. food quality needs to.imrpove and they keep serving repetitive menu which limited. Staffs were helpful. Only advantage is the view ...due to which I booked the room there. Most of the amenities which are mentioned are on request so they need to mention it online as people think that it would their in the room. hope you improve

I recently booked the most expensive room there, room #d8, the 3rd floor corner room, and i paid inr 3100 for it. Bad: 1. The road leading up to the hotel is very dangerous. It is under construction, and full of loose gravels and stones. Two cars can't pass each other, one has to back out a long way. One side of the road has a steep drop. There are no street lights, so i won't dare to drive there at night. 2. The room was under construction and maintenance. But that was not mentioned I found out after arriving there and checking in, but it was too late for me to find another hotel at that time. So, i was forced to stay. 3. There were two dirty plumbing pipes hanging from the ceiling of the room, just beside the ceiling fan, almost above the bed. 4. Dirty water was falling from the ceiling, drop by drop, just beside the bed, and over the years it has created a dark patch on the floor. 5. The primary lock on the main door does not work. Also, there are no locks on the door to the balcony, making it unsafe while sleeping at night. 6. The shower-tap-handle just came off as i grabbed it to take a shower. 7. The bed sheets and the bed covers were dirty, and torn. I had to get them changed. 8. The room gets very hot at day times, but the ac does not work very well. Also, they need more curtains for the balcony door to fully block out the sun. 9. The room does not have many basic amenities, such as a telephone, or a fridge, or even a single drawer, or a roll of toilet paper, or even a cupboard. In stead of a cupboard, it has a wooden panel on the wall with a few hooks on it. 10. The glass doors were dirty in places, and watering pipes were hanging outside, from above, blocking the view. 11. The construction work of the whole building is not done well. I can see rusted metal balcony platforms underneath fancy mats everywhere. It does not feel safe at all. 12. The finishing work inside the room is not good enough. For example, in places, the tiles are uneven, and it is very easily noticeable. 13. The quality of the furniture was very bad. The desks were made out of just three plywood pieces joined together. Some of their legs were bent, as if they would crumble under pressure. The laminates at the edges were coming off and sticking out. 14. The keycard itself was so lightweight and cheap, that it would dangle sideways from its slot, with the weight of a single key. 15. The tv was at an awkward angle, making it hard to watch from the bed. 16. The unstable commode cover, the short-length toilet jet, the broken toilet paper holder with the rusty nail by the commode, the insufficient ventilation through the small exhaust fan, everything spelled 'cheap' to me. Good: 1. The view from the room is just breathtaking. 2. The hotel staff are very polite. 3. The food at the hotel is delicious. 4. The room was specious. 5. The bed was comfortable. 6. There was free netflix and stuff on tv. How to avail my 7% discount?

Need a professional touch of hospitality. Food was ok but required improvement. Fan made lot of unwanted sounds. Anyway I stayed for only one night. Manager was kind but again they should employee trained hospitality professionals

Highly recommend this property. The access road is a bit narrow but other than that, everything else was amazing. Second floor corner room is the best one in the entire property.

We have booked the corner room and it had a pleasant stay there. Food was also nice. View from the room was mesmerising

The road was totally broken. The bed for third person was totally uncomfortable. Basic requirable things were not provided by default like tea mixer or spoon etc
