Second think Be careful staying here the bed sheets don’t look clean, the refrigerator that was in the room looks like they used wall paint to remodel the refrigerator. I went to shower and there was no shower head. WOW this here has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Very helpful front desk

Electric outlets didn't work. Bath tube had hair in it. TV remote sticky. Toilet slow to flush. Animals walking up on you even though they was on a leash. Elevators had pet hair in them and pet hair on carts. Had to ask for towels that should've been in them room at check in. No ice machine.

I have been here over 2months. My husband and I both travel to work. I recently asked the front desk after hearing my neighbors above me walk hard from time I got home (3pm) to til time for me to go to work (5am). I complained for over 2 weeks, they moved me to the 4th floor. As for these small beds my husband fell trying to roll over(that’s how small they are). The neighbor under us had the front desk to dash up and tell us we’re to loud, my husband explained and she said still keep it down….RUDE… I stated I pay the same so where is that same energy when I have to be up at 5am and hear my neighbors walking hard constantly when I wanted to sleep for work. Don’t get me wrong Jesse and a older lady with small braids have been great while we have been here. I just expect for everyone to get the same treatment. Some of us work in the early hours and some at night but please approach every situation with urgency!!!! The water cuts off when the toilet is being flushed NEXT DOOR and you can hear creatures in the top floor vent if you using the bathroom. I’ve traveled to MANY places and stayed at some rinky dinkys but this is by far a ROSE’ taste on a beer budget

Woodsprings pretty sweet Well my stay there in the general aspect was pleasant and normal to say the least nothing out of the ordinary really a lot of rules and restrictions on smoking which I thought was decent at least they don't allow smoking in any of the rooms but are lenient enough to let people smoke in the parking lot or in their cars. I've noticed an occasional medicine PD do rounds of surveillance in that particular Hotel parking lot not sure why but you know maybe it's just keep stuff safe who knows but could be information to somebody for God's sake if you don't if you have warrants don't stay there because it's a wrap if you do this the hotel staff Amanda Jackson is a manager who went up and Beyond her duties to make sure her guests or comfortable and safe and having a great experience at her hotel much thanks to her even when the appliances are broken they immediately were assessing the situation by the very next day even though the office was closed due to weather conditions. That was outstanding service going up and Beyond and passed protocol to go and assist my situation. The only downside is the walls are not very insulated for sound so now it's something to consider if you're going to be a guest there they do have a set of hours deemed quiet time late at night till 7:00 in the morning to ensure the comfort of the guest which is really nice They don't serve breakfast although they do offer on site laundry and vending machines that take credit coin dollar and phone NFC payments.

Staff was the absolute BEST!
