NNatashaWas here for a funeral but the lady that checked us in, Stephanie, was very friendly and funny. She answered all my questions and didn't mind that I asked. She even gave us some advice on where to eat for dinner, which ended up being a great place to eat. Check out was a breeze also. Will definitely stay again.

GGuest UserI specifically asked for a nonsmoking room in my reservation request, but they gave me a smoking room. The cigarette smoke smell really messed with my sinuses and made it difficult to breathe. When I asked the front desk clerk about it in the morning at check-out, he was very rude and said that I requested that room which WAS a SMOKING room. I told him that I hadn’t and specifically asked for a NONSMOKING room when booking my reservation. Then he told me I had to take it up with Trip.com because it was a prepaid room. I should have asked the minute I stepped in the door for a different room instead of just trying to deal with it, so I realize it is partly my fault as well. I just wish they would have warned me at check-in that it was smoking and that was all that was available (if that was the case) since you would think they would have read my request on the reservation for a NONSMOKING room. At least the lady at check-in was very polite.

GGuest UserWhen stay in Madisonville I always stay at Motel 6. It's always been a pleasant stay the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and if I have any problems with my room they will send someone for maintenance to come fix it or they will move me into another room which a lot of places won't do that.
