マヨール広場の一部が工事中？だったのは少し残念でしたが、サービスや設備、ビューは最高でした！部屋が清潔なのはもちろん、バスとトイレが別だったのが嬉しかったです。ウェルカムドリンクやチョコ、またメッセージを頂けたのも嬉しかったです。また利用したいなと思えるホテルでした！

La ubicación es inmejorable.
Nos hicieron un upgrade gracias a la llegada.
La piscina cierra pronto sin embargo no te ponen pegas para quedarte un rato más.
El Spa interior está incluido y está fenomenal.

Beautiful from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the Spa, to the rooftop pool & lounge. The staff, also equally as beautiful, is so kind, helpful and attentive.
Very conveniently located. Walking distance to many stores and a variety of delicious eateries. When a car was needed most destinations were less than 15 min away.

Wonderful hotel that is close to everything. We took advantage of the spa which was lovely and the restaurant has excellent food. Highly recommend.

The staff here is so amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The location? You can't pick a better location in Madrid. The rooftop pool is a must for those hot summer days, but the spa pool is also nice for those chill days.
We will be back for sure.
