Very nice hotel and front desk staff are very helpful Walking distance to most tourist attractions. There are lots of good restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I was delighted with the hotel's location, as it is in the heart of Madrid and close to all the city's key areas. Due to the hotel's traditional nature, the walls are very thin, so I could hear guests in other rooms, which meant I didn't sleep as well as usual. The gym is small with no treadmill (only 3 machines). Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for money, but it is more like a 4-star hotel as opposed to a 5-star hotel

The location was perfect for us. Short walking distance to all central parts you'd want to visit. The staff and lobby are also perfect. The rooms are dated, but then again it wasn't crazy expensive so it's fair enough.

Best location right in city center, next to the parliament and 3 biggest museums. Highly recommend it.
