Room service is non existent. I called the reception for coffee and bottled water. waited for nearly 20 minutes, and when i went down three floors to the reception, he puts on a sorry face and says he forgot!!! Room boys too rude and curt. old dirty mugs in the bathroom. terrible place to stay.

Location is very nice but all other things are very poor. Very old property instead if renovation name given as heritage property

Good place to stay for meenakshi temple it is walking distance and nearby there are many points you can explore

Lot of mosquitoes in the room, asked for mosquito repellent, not provided. Reception staff not responding to our calls or request. Only advantage is it's location.

Staff are very courteous. However rooms are very old fashioned and not up to the standards. Advantages of this hotel centrally located with short access to temple and railway station. Rates are very reasonable.
