I stayed there last month, and it was one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had. It all started with the door, which they failed to inform us it locked automatically. So after being trapped outside, having to spend an hour waiting for them to let me back in, we finally managed to use the jacuzzi. It was horrible. Before even getting in, all the tiles around it were broken and loose, which maintenance just called "weird" and brushed off. After we got in, we started getting this weird feeling as if we were getting electrocuted by the jacuzzi itself. We tried to get out, but every time we tried to touch the edges we'd get electrically shocked. Eventually, after an hour, we managed to climb onto a small wooden sliver on the edges of he jacuzzi that allowed us to finally leave the jacuzzi and call the staff. The most shocking part, however, was the blatant disregard and lack of communication on their front. We would only be approached by the maintenance staff, with supervisors, managers, and the rest of the executive staff flat out refusing to speak to us. After we insisted for hours on end on talking to supervisors, they told us that it was our fault. And that we should've known that the unmarked Jacuzzi had a filling limit that we exceeded, they refused to compensate us for any of the issues we've faced, and after we demanded a refund as we didn't get to enjoy any of the facilities for the whole day, missing the sunset and all the experiences we were there for, they said that we'd only receive a refund if we left within an hour well into the night. Overall, they refused to apologise for failing to make usage instructions for both the door and the jacuzzi clear, they failed to apologise for nearly electrocuting us to oblivion, and they failed to even be considerate of our complaints and our needs as two young women voicing their genuine disappointment in their facilities.
