We stayed for just one night as we were doing the local Parkrun the next morning. Linda was so accommodating - letting us have a later check out time and providing tasty sausage sandwiches, crisps and a juice for us to have after the run, as we were leaving early, so no time for breakfast (unfortunately!). Our room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Big fluffy towels and basic toiletries were provided. We had a meal in the restaurant below which was tasty and served to us by a very friendly team. All in all, a great stay.

Lovely time staying at the inn. We stayed for just the one night and was superb. Lively rooms, clean facilities. Friendly staff and good food and service. The heating was lovely and the shower was fantastic. Not a bad word to say. Thank you for our stay!

Good value for money, ideal location for touring the National park. A one stop shop for accommodation food etc. Parking on site at the rear was good as we were on motorcycles.Friendly owner and staff. Food both evening meal and breakfast were great as was the beer too. Room was ideal some road noise what do you expect it’s by the A40. Would stay again.

Amazing stay at the Usk and railway inn in Sennybridge. The room was a superior double with shower, very spacious plenty of storage space. The tea and coffee tray was ample with a good variety. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Everything is kept extremely clean. The Breakfast was delicious and we had an evening meal twice, and the service is excellent as was the food. We look forward to staying again soon!

As always, 5 star experience. We eat regularly at the Usk and Railway but felt we needed to leave a review after the exceptional Italian Evening. We were a party of four and all had tasty, beautifully presented starters, main courses and deserts. We feel so pleased to have such a great pub on our doorstep and are delighted to recommend it.

Do not eat there on a Monday or Tuesday, less than 6 options to choose from, curry was like powder and had no taste, portions was very small for the price, girl in and out the kitchen with her hair down messy and scratching her head handling food items, gent behind the bar didn’t speak to customers at all and looked grubby. Overall spent over £80 to be hungry in 2 hours and not enjoy the food at all. Massively downhill from last time we went.

We stumbled across this place on the way home from a weekend in Rhayader and we really feel like we've found a hidden gem. 4 of us arrived without booking on a Sunday at lunchtime and the staff made is feel very welcome. It's very cozy inside and we had one of the nicest Sunday lunches we've ever had. I am a very fussy eater and my needs were catered for with no problems or questions asked. I will definitely return and will make a special trip to visit this place again. Thank you!

What an amazing pub. Fantastic food which could not be faulted and brilliant service. All staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in a cottage locally for a couple of nights and eat out here twice. We just had to go back for a second time as the menu looked so good. Would highly recommend to anyone staying or visiting the area!
