Club B by BH Mallorca

Cheap weekend away with lads so wasn’t expecting the ritz, decent hotel set out over a big area with plenty of pools and music playing and some big slides. Weather wasn’t great so spoilt the weekend a bit but can’t complain about the hotel. Food was average but like a said it was a cheap and cheerful weekend. Magaluf itself is brilliant the ***** in may was lively but not full of kids

Firstly, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would absolutely return, here follows a review that I would have wanted to read prior to arriving. First impressions were that it seemed very clean, we checked in at reception with no issues- we were staying in the apartments and I do feel like it would have been useful for a map to be provided as the directions were a bit ambiguous- however we were able to locate the apartments with little issue. The rooms were OK, they were clean and very spacious- the air conditioning was very efficient and kept the whole apartment cool. The balcony was lovely but the view was over the bins/car park which wasn't the most lovely but was a minor issue. The bigger issue was the cockerel that was "cock-a-doodle-dooing" every 30 seconds which was less than ideal. The location was perfect for what we wanted, a short walk from the ***** and beach- handy! The food was great for me but admittedly I'm not a fussy person, there was plenty of selection and on a whole the queues were managable, the drinks available left a lot to be desired and after a dodgy experience with sangria on the first night (I drank too much) I didn't really touch it after that. Housekeeping were spot on, we didn't hide any of our belongings and nothing went missing, they were all very friendly! The whole cup thing baffled me at first and I admittedly just kept paying for a new one because it was €1 and I couldn't be bothered carrying it around with me! The pools were all amazing however the coldest thing I have ever experienced in my life- a great hangover cure though! Staff were all incredibly friendly however there was an issue one night when there was a room above making the most news and my friend wasn't able to find security near the apartments, and had to walk over to the main reception for assistance with this- less than ideal! The only major issue we had was at check out, huge long queues that seemed to overwhelm the staff- but that was it! For the price I would absolutely reccomend this hotel and would absolutely return again! Xox

Booked through love holiday what’s a mistake that’s was. Falsely advertised rooms the photos show on the site were nothing like the room we received. Paid for an apartment with a balcony…. Some sick joke the balcony view was a dirty smelly alley and dumpsters. See photos below. The ALL inclusive is not all in clubs I’ve. You only get 6 alcholic drinks 3 at lunch 3 at dinner…. And u can only have fizzy drinks then also….. not all inclusive at all. The dinner was good. The breakfast was diabolical. DO NOT STAY HERE IF U LIOE TO SLEEP WARM AND COZY. You are give a dirty prison styled blanket to slee with. See photo below. Unless u are looking to stay in a squat do not stay here. Staff on front desk are rude and unhelpful. Would never recommend unless of course you like to have a miserable time that I’ve paid for.

Hotel con trato poco amable. No se puede descansar a la noche. Muchísimo bullicio. La comida buena, pero las bebidas escasas en el TI, no.combinados y solo puedes coger un vaso cada vez. Si sois tres tienes que pasar 3 veces.

Je n’ai jamais vu un endroit pareil. Nous arrivons après une journée dans les transports (avion/bus) avec tous les bagages avec une seule envie de se poser pour au final voir ceci ! Scandaleux, je me suis alors rendu a la réception qui m’explique qu’ils se sont trompés de chambre. Pas un pardon, pas un geste, rien de tout ça on me demande même de me déplacer vers une autre réception avec tous les bagages. Aucun sens commercial. Les réveils toute la nuit par des jeunes touristes qui hurlent dans les couloirs et sur les balcons. Il n’y a aucun respect. Un conseil vraiment n’allez surtout pas là bas !!

A party of 11 of us stayed here for 7 nights in Magaluf, and for what we were after, BH Club was good. We’d originally booked the BH apartments, but we were put into Club B, which judging by the pictures was a huge upgrade. We booked all inclusive and used the facilities at the main BH hotel each day. The hotel was a short walk across the road which was convenient and you could go in and out as you like. The buffet in the main hotel was novelty at first, but that slowly fizzled away towards the end of the week with the same average grub being served. That being said, it definitely saved us a lot of money and there was always something for everyone (even fussy eaters). The buffet wasn’t the most hygienic, but that’s hardly to be expected in Magaluf so wasn’t an issue. Drinks were served alongside food as per the new drinks rule, with beer, wine and sangria on offer. The pools were great, with plenty to choose from in the main hotel which also included water slides that you’d expect to see in a water park. We particularly enjoyed Club B’s own pool which was a lot quieter than the others. The busiest time for this pool was about 7am when everyone jumps in after a night out. Pretty much anything seemed to go in this hotel, which is good as it provides somewhere to stay for people looking for a party holiday. As for the negatives…the cleaners. The only thing they seemed to clean was our wallets. The majority of our party had CASH (only cash conveniently) go missing over the course of the week. This could be easily assumed as people getting drunk and losing cash or spending more than they thought. However, we overheard plenty of other guests in our corridor and down at reception complaining about the same thing. The cleaners had free access to our rooms and even came in while we were sleeping and swept around us. They didn’t seem to do a great deal though, as one morning they walked into one of our rooms and stated ‘Mess!’ and walked out. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work, which we added to a survey half way through the week. We were then greeted at the door by a man asking if our toilet was broken. We presumed this meant he was going to fix it, but instead he came in and stared at the problem for about 5 minutes, before saying ‘Thank you, bye’ and leaving. Also, only one lift was working all week and even that was temperamental and slow. Overall, this is a good hotel to choose if you’re looking for a party holiday in Magaluf. We’d probably stay here again as the atmosphere is great and the service we received was good for the majority. It’s in a great location (not far from the *****), and definitely provided a laugh if nothing else.
