Once you offload your atv/utv there is no need for truck & trailers. Home is equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and a laundry room. Kitchen has toaster, waffle maker, coffee pot, keurig, crockpot and air-fryer. There are 2 charcoal grills and a picnic table out back. Front covered porch with gliders, rocking chair and other seating. Firepit by the parking area (no curfews) and an indoor fireplace. Host can provide any recommendations for area attractions, sights to see on trails, guides, dining in the area and atv/utv mechanics/parts or tow if needed.
