While I wasn’t a guest at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar during this visit, I had an important meeting scheduled while in the area and reached out to the property to enquire about using their business centre. Although the hotel doesn’t have a formal business centre, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating response from the Duty Manager, Rithik. He offered me a quiet space in the bar area during the afternoon, which turned out to be ideal for my meeting. The space was calm, professional, and had reliable internet access—exactly what I needed. All of these for the price of a coffee. This thoughtful gesture, extended to a non-resident guest, speaks volumes about the service culture at Marriott. Thank you again to Rithik and the team for your hospitality. It certainly reinforces my trust in the Marriott brand, and I look forward to staying at this property in the future.
