I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist. We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯 Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness

Honest review; the pictures look amazing, don’t be fooled! Reception: rude staff (except one young girl) the reception staff couldn’t care less. WiFi only available in reception - all doors open so no air conditioning working! Rooms: had to change rooms due to broken shower, no water, leaking sink, however they didn’t accommodate this until after 3 nights as they claimed they were full, very dated, no fridge, terrible lumpy pillows, 1970s TV that didn’t work, I wouldn’t bother with a TV if replace them with a fridge! You can hire a fridge if wanted! No tea or coffee making facilities, no room service, no telephone - all available as stated in their brochure. Maid service shocking, seems they’re instructed to clean rooms ready for arrival and not the guests staying there - keep your towels, you will be lucky to get them returned - 4 of us constantly given 3 towels if we were lucky - one night I had to wait at reception for 45 minutes trying to get towels this went on until 8pm! Grounds: with the exception of the “vine walkway” from the hotel to the pool the grounds are not looked after. This could be beautiful - but the gardens are dry and arid, not looked after. Breakfast area: cockroach on wall - yes I know we are in Tunisia but have a sweep of your restaurant before you open for service. Told the staff and they laughed. Omelette - ordered 2 mixed and tried to order 2 plain for my children - told to go to the back of the queue as I’d already ordered 2! Very basic breakfast and weirdly no toaster or bread? Just baguettes? Main restaurant: shocking ! Dirty tables, not enough bottled water for everyone, chipped glasses and crockery, consistently running out of food, raw chicken served off the hot griddle, however the pizza man NEVER stopped - the most hardworking chef there - praise to him! Why he was working alone baffled me - there needed to be at least 2 chefs there ! Very polite hardworking chef. Melon bar was brilliant at lunchtimes, again another really busy chef ! French restaurant: (if that is what it was?) non existent - used as an area to house the beach and pool DJ - some days the music was so loud when we came off the beach we couldn’t sit and enjoy a drink before getting showered. Pool and bar area: dirty pool, dirty area around the pool and patio area, dirty tables, broken sunbeds, and the bar area left a lot to be desired, hand washed glasses but the pool bar lads worked relentlessly - another credit to the hotel - the bar lads. The poolside toilets were disgusting at times - clearly need a cleaner doing half hourly checks. Entertainment team: great lads trying their best, good fun with various games if you wanted to join in, very friendly lads. “Fatty” the tea man - very friendly, always happy singing his “we like to move it” song - another credit to the hotel. Beach: beach umbrellas falling apart but did the trick, broken sunbeds, we managed to always get nice sunbeds but only because we were up on the beach early. S

Avis très négatif sur l’Hôtel Mouradi Cap El Mahdia Nous sommes arrivés le 13/08/2025 après avoir payé notre séjour via l’agence Agoda. Ma réservation avait été confirmée par l’hôtel. À notre arrivée, on nous a d’abord dit que la réservation était bien reçue, mais quelques minutes plus tard, le directeur est venu nous annoncer que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre pour nous. En réalité, ils essayaient de revendre la même chambre à une famille algérienne, donc de la louer deux fois ! J’ai insisté et contacté Agoda, qui m’a confirmé que l’hôtel avait bien validé ma réservation et reçu le paiement, et qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible. Après plus de 30 minutes de discussions, on nous a finalement donné une chambre dans un état déplorable : salle de bain sans porte, semblable à une cellule de prison, douche ouverte directement sur la chambre, forte odeur de moisissure. Le repas était infect. Et le 14/08/2025, vers 14h au restaurant, une cliente a renversé toute la table en criant qu’elle venait de trouver un gecko dans son assiette ! Franchement, c’est un endroit à éviter absolument : service malhonnête, hygiène catastrophique, nourriture immangeable. Une expérience horrible que je ne souhaite à personne.

hotel pas a nos attente,j ai passé 5 nuitée de premier aout au 6 aout, 5 nuitée sous nos attente de loin..primo animation des amateurs prés de la picine ( chaine stereo ) on dirait dans une cafée ( 80 pour cent des chambres sont touchées par le sono,impossible de dormir qu a pres minuit) deusieme choses,restauration cantine sans choix ni gout( viande dure de boeuf et tjrs vainde de dinde dur..on a rien manger sauf de pizza avec fromage industrielle et gateaux,troisieme choses picine tres etroit et petit...personnelles nn profissionelle et incompetent( des stagiaires aussi pas de chef de restaurant)..hotel a éviter je le note 2 sur 10

An exceptional hotel, with great energy, all employees are fully engaged, and I would especially like to highlight the animation team and the manager Leila, who brought the organization of the hotel's functioning to perfection. I was a guest in this magical hotel for 35 days and I will gladly return to it in the coming years.
