Although the reception staff was impeccable in exchanging a room with a bathtub, as requested at the time of booking, it only had small towels - the large bath towels were missing. Bathtub faucet leaking heavily, with water spraying everywhere. At 9am, construction work was underway in a hotel room on the same floor, and it seemed like they were in the same room, such was the noise.
