非常棒的酒店，環境很好，工作人員服務熱情友善。 有一個小温泉（其實算是小遊泳池）並配有免費的水果茶和水果。 周圍有很多可以玩的地方，適合自駕或者騎車 唯一我感覺有點缺點的地方是床有點小，我們兩個人睡得有點擁擠，介紹説是雙床房但實際上床很小 早餐很棒！強烈推薦！完美的英式早餐

Nice location near to where we needed to be. Service could be better, reception unmanned sometimes to have to look around for check in etc which took a while. Breakfast was nice and that service was great.

We had a really lovely stay at Taplow House. The highlight was my massage given by Keeanna - she was brilliant and it was one of the best massages ever! I’d highly recommend the ‘Drift Away’ by Keeanna. The food was also great - our three course dinner and English breakfast were delicious! Thank you

I went with my Mum for a overnight spa break, with a 3 course dinner, massage and breakfast included. On our arrival, we were made extremely welcome, before being shown round the spa area. We went for a beautiful walk to the nearby river, before enjoying the sunloungers back at the hotel. The massage was of a high quality. The rooms were a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. We are both vegetarians and the food that we had was delicious and some of the best that we have had in a hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were very tasty and we did not feel limited in our options. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a great trip, would recommend and can't wait to be back!

We visited for afternoon tea with friends and were sadly left very disappointed. The experience started off okay, but things quickly went downhill. Our teas arrived well before the food, and by the time the actual afternoon tea was served, we had nearly finished our drinks. The waitress was kind and apologetic about the delay, which we appreciated. However, when the tiered stand finally arrived, we were shocked at the quality. The cakes on top looked like they had come straight from a supermarket shelf — think Mr Kipling slices and a dried-out brownie. Certainly not what you’d expect from an establishment offering a supposedly premium afternoon tea experience. When we asked the waitress about the selection, her expression said it all. She called the manager, and we were offered 50% off and complimentary drinks, along with a very half-hearted apology. While the gesture was something, it didn’t make up for what felt like a deliberately misleading offering. To top it off, we weren’t the only table to notice the low-quality desserts — others around us also recognised the same supermarket-style cakes. Overall, it felt like a most deceitful and disappointing experience. We definitely won’t be returning.

What a wonderful experience. The staff led by Wendy were the most cheerful and friendly people who went the extra mile to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was superb and the hotel manager Emmanuel always had time to stop and chat with us. The pamper spa treatment I had was so relaxing, just what I needed. Two days after our first stay at the hotel we returned for another night on our journey home. Imagine our surprise when Merlin, one of the lovely staff delivered a plate of chocolates and macaroons to our room with “welcome back” inscribed on it. Thank you to everyone at Taplow House Hotel & Spa for making our two overnight stays so memorable.
