The location is Good' very accessible to many types of transportations (Train,jeep, etc,) but the i only thing that got me troubled was the toilet flush not even first time encounter this issue so its kind of disspointing

Always my go-to hotel when traveling to Manila. Booked the VIP room. They gave me Room 404. Everything was okay, except the door; it was hard to open. But luckily, one of the staff, John Loid, always helped me. He was so nice and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay.

Shower not working properly so slow and little water coming out

To be honest not satisfied with service pati yung room iba yung amoy, may sirang ilaw pa. Yung cr kami pa naglinis pag dating. This our 3rd time book sa astrotel kasi na experience namin sa cubao branch is okay naman malinis. Di namin expect yung guadalupe branch ganito. Wala mang lang scent yung mga rooms, yung cr may molds.

VIP LOOKS CREEP OR SOME VIP ROOM HAD UNEXPECTED CREEPY I STAY IN VIP AND THE PROPS OF CHAIR ******* DIRTY ASFUCK.. THE SERVICE OF THIS HOTEL where the frontdesk is judge base on apperance they will not priority UNLESS SHOW THEM WAD OF cash in ur wallet
