The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.  Location was great with easy access to shopping centres, Jonker Street and bus terminal.

I recently stayed at the Imperial Heritage Hotel Malacca for a vacation. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown of Malacca, just a short distance from the many historic and scenic sites such as a Famosa Castle, Museum, and many others. Transportation such as e-hailing is easily accessible, making it simple to explore the area. Check-in was smooth. The reception staff were welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Our room was clean, with a comfortable double bed and a stunning view of the nearby buildings. The amenities included a kettle, coffee, creamer, sugar, and complimentary toiletries. Considering the excellent location, and friendly service, I believe the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, our stay at the Imperial Heritage Hotel Malacca was excellent.

I booked a family room for 3 adults for 2 nights, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is reasonably priced, and the room was spacious, which was perfect for our group. I checked in late at night, but the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the complimentary Hi-Tea service, which was a lovely gesture. Parking was convenient, located just behind the building with direct access to the hotel from the 3rd floor. As it’s a heritage hotel, the property has a classic, old-world charm. Don’t expect a modern or newly renovated interior—the look and feel are intentionally traditional, which adds to the heritage experience. Would recommend for travelers looking for a spacious stay in a central location with a touch of history.
