Definitely a no for this hotel.
I arrived at around 11am and was told to return at 3pm as check-in only begins then. That’s understandable, but the attitude of the check-in staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional — no greeting, no smile, just cold and dismissive. Unlike other hotels that usually allow early registration so guests can simply collect their keys later, this hotel made no effort, even though there were no other customers at the time. When I returned at 2:56pm, another staff member told me, "Let me check if the room is available, otherwise I can’t check you in." — Really? Just 4 minutes before the official check-in time?
I eventually got the room, but that was just the beginning of the problems.
After turning on the air conditioning for over 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I contacted the front desk and someone came to check. Even after more than an hour of inspection, the issue wasn’t resolved. I went out for dinner, hoping it would be fixed by the time I returned — but no. The room was still hot.
I contacted the front desk again to ask if the technician had left any notes. To my surprise, nothing was recorded. So a second technician came, and I had to explain everything all over again. After another round of checks, they finally agreed to give me a room replacement — at around 9pm.
But the replacement room was even worse:
1. The toilet was filthy
2. The wallpaper was peeling and covered in scratches
3. The rack was broken
4. The shampoo and shower gel holders were missing — I had to hold the bottles or place them on the floor while showering
This was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay. I deeply regret booking this hotel and will never return. Definitely not recommended.
