I really like the service and everything

The stay at the hotel is managed through an application and there is no contact person to answer questions. Access to the building and rooms is via a link, which can be a bit cumbersome. The block has four floors without an elevator. The rooms are well-equipped, quiet and have everything you need to stay comfortably.

I read all the comments and I was a little scared... The issue with Checkin is that I had to contact them to send me the welcome email so I could register those of us who were staying there. Once done, they send you another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and the room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code there that you are supposed to scan and just follow the steps, I didn't have to use it because I was already able to access with the email. Everything was very easy and super fast, nothing to do with the negative comments I had read. If you don't receive an email, ask for the welcome email. The room was fine, it's not a hotel, but it was fine for me for what I was looking for... the bathroom was perfect and the room too. We slept well. I contacted them through the following email ******************, giving them the reservation number. Everything was fine and perfect.

I have been working in the tourism sector for a long time and I have never found such a complicated structure for self-check-in like this one! for the network, everything is ok if you want to earn money and if you plan to stay for a few days.

The only good thing about this property is the convenient location in the center of Malaga.
