The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do need to pay more attention to explaining to guests where the boats are. We walked up and down with heavy bags, when the boat was right opposite the hotel…even though I asked multiple times."

"The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training."

马马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch.
A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us.
I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

GGuest UserOur stay at Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the excellent service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
One of the best parts of our stay was how much our kids enjoyed the experience. The resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities, making it a great choice for those traveling with children. It was definitely worth the money, as we created wonderful memories together.
The food at Saffron Café was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
Overall, Crimson Boracay exceeded our expectations with its stunning location, top-notch service, and relaxing ambiance. We highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Boracay!

DDyanahThis is one of the best hotel in Boracay! This hotel exceeds our expectation, this will not be tagged as 5 star hotel for nothing. Excellent service, staffs are so cheerful. The room itself its so clean and the balcony is perfect! Their breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, different viands everyday. The location, its perfect its beachfront and near restaurants and dmall! We will surely going back to this hotel in the our future visit in Boracay!

I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me.
Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made.
Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes.
The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort.
The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey.
I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze.
The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate.
All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

GGuest UserI'd like to contribute the first review of Blue Marina on Ctrip. It's a boutique hotel under Coast with a very high rating. It's very good and worth recommending.
Airport pick-up and drop-off service: It's not clearly written on the introduction page. It's free, which is very generous for a hotel at this price. From the moment you walk out of the airport, you will see staff holding signs to greet you. Mini vans drive to the private dock to take a boat, and then change mini vans to send you to the hotel. There are staff to help carry luggage all the way to the room. The attitude is warm and super convenient. And Ctrip communicated in advance to confirm the pick-up information, thumbs up. If you change hotels, they will arrange a car to send you there for free, which is worth the tip.
Service: All employees greeted with a smile, warm and friendly.
Hardware and hygiene: It is a cost-effective choice on Boracay. The hygiene is in place. Our room has two beds, one large and one small, which is very suitable for families with children.
Location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, very convenient. The small hotel does not have a swimming pool, but it seems that you can use the Coast hotel.
A little flaw: The noise of the washing machine can be heard in the room at night, but it was turned off immediately after informing the front desk. The surrounding bars can be noisy at night, but we didn't mind. It would be better if the curtains could block out the light.
The breakfast was delicious! Thank you BM, I hope you have more guests.

GGuest UserI chose the hotel based on location and I was not mistaken. This part of the island is much cleaner, well-maintained and beautiful. I liked the hotel more than I expected. At first I stayed for 2 nights to decide in the process whether I would stay for the remaining 10 days. After two nights I stayed in this hotel. I would like to note the good work of all the hotel staff. Very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lost and found service. I forgot my headphones in the restaurant, came back the next day, and none of the staff in the entire hotel knew that the waitress girl found them and put them in a box under the cash register. Even the lost and found service did not know about it. I found the headphones only through the Locator program on my phone.

The hotel’s facilities were excellent: a pool with a children’s area, a playground, and various activities for kids, which allowed us to relax knowing our children were safe and entertained. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes for both adults and kids.
The hotel’s location was also ideal: close to the beach and main attractions, making our stay even more convenient. We were able to fully unwind and enjoy our time without worrying about small details. We will definitely return here again!

FFABRICE MATHIEU+ : very quiet and clean , the personnel is nice and when the weather is nice , there is a beach down the hotel .
There is a seven eleven near the hotel and two restaurants
Breakfast is not perfect but serves its purpose .
- : you have to take the bus or a tuktuk ( 300 pesos ) to go to the most popular white beach .
The hotel provides a tour operator near its entrance but the price are more expensive than why you’d find on the beach . If you plan to do any activities in boracay don’t go through the hotel . Negotiate directly at the white beach .
The restaurant is quite expensive and not so so tasty , count 700 pesos for any meal . I suggest you go to city mall , more choices and more affordable ( everything under 300 )
The room service is quite intrusive . They come around twelve to clean the room AND at 8 pm to put a paper on your bed with tomorrow weather ( absolutely useless ) if you care for privacy DO make sure you put the locket on no room service .
The shuttle they provide from caticlan to the hotel is expensive (1000 pesos ) and it’s the reason why payment has to be made in advance . Going by your own way will cost around 500 pesos .

AAlicePFairways is a well established resort and run well. For the affordable price, you can only imagine that it is very busy and that there are a lot of people.
Pros: The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The resort has a few different restaurants to choose from and lots of different amenities such as a gym, swimming pools, pickle ball etc. The reception and all staff is very friendly!
Cons: Upon checking in, we waited an hour to get checked in and after a long day of travel that can be disappointing. The lady at reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room but overall the check in process should be smoother for such a big resort.
There was also a lot of noise on the floor that we stayed at so if you want a relaxing stay without loud people, maybe consider a different place or choose more expensive room to be further from other people.
Another “bad” point is that the resort is very big and although they have shuttle busses to take you around in the resort, most of the time you have to wait for them and they can be crowded.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities!

Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor.
The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough.
Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website.
I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport.
Arrive at the hotel you were looking for.
In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel.
I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel.
I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay.
I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online.
When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service.
The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner.
There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly.
I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars
I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours.
It's strange that it's not assembled.
