"هذا الفندق الإقامة لا يمكن أن تفوتك. إنه جمبل مطلق في جزيرة كريتا الجميلة. فندق عائلي ، بلا أي ملل ، الطعام فاخر وجو خلاب. لقد سررنا للغاية ، لكن كل شيء تحول دون الشعور بالراحة. لقد استمتعنا بالفعل ، وكان كل شيء على ما يرام. يقع الفندق في موقع جيد ، بالقرب من الشاطئ ، الشاطئ الساحر. الشاطئ الجميل يتألف من النجوم ، ويشمل كلاهما الشواء والنجوم والفواكه. كل شيء على ما يرام هذا الفندق بعيد عن حفلات وسهوله المطرب مغلق 10.30pm ولا يخدم الروح حتى بعد ال 6pm كل يوم لكن هذا الصراحه لا فرق بتجربته هذا الفندق وكل العاملين فيه ما يوفرون من المنظفين فريق الاستقبال في البار يدققون على الرجال الصيانة لا يوجد شيء مزعج جدا هم جميعا يعملون بجد لضمان انك تقضي افضل عطلة على الإطلاق . يقع المنتجع مباشرة على الشاطئ مع توفر وسائل الراحة الأساسية في غضون 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام هذا المنتجع يوفر تجربة بطيئة وواضحة ومُرضية للجميع. المنتجع الأكبر يقع على بعد 2 كيلو متر من بين الشواطئ الرملية الطويلة وخدمة الحافلات تدير كل 30 دقيقة ونزول من خارج الفندق مباشرة. بصراحة لا أستطيع الثناء على هذا الفندق بما فيه الكفاية لذا أتطلع إلى العودة في 26 سبتمبر ستافروس وفريق العمل انتم على خصم البطل متابعة العمل الجيد واتمنى ان نراكم جميعا مرة اخرى قريبا 🙌"

"Basic hotel where the food is of low quality mass-produced food and gets boring very quickly. The location is quiet and therefore pleasant during the high season, but there is little to nothing to do in the surrounding area and walking in the heat limits the possibilities. The fan in our bathroom was broken and was not repaired, the safe jammed and again we had to wait a whole day before receiving help, and towels were not changed on Sunday, meaning we were quickly left without them in such high temperatures. The toilets were not allowed to be flushed with toilet paper, but the tiny basket where you were supposed to drop the paper was emptied only once a day (except Sundays)... Consequently, not surprisingly, an ant nest broke out from the bathroom into our room; it was anything but pleasant... no help with this, so we had to systematically exterminate the ants ourselves and look for alternative toilets if we wanted to spread fewer odors, given that the fan remained broken... Finally, our room door also got blocked, meaning we couldn't get in or out (luckily we had booked two rooms with a connecting door)! Management was not present at the time to come to our aid, so we had to wait hours again before getting a solution. Fortunately, the staff remained friendly, but you mainly had to exercise a lot of patience, or forgive them if something couldn't happen during your holiday. An alternative room was not offered. The room next to ours housed stray cats that visited our terrace at every turn, causing considerable nuisance. For us, the room experience was therefore absolutely not worth repeating. The beautiful swimming pool was regularly taken over by all kinds of entertainment, meaning it didn't always stay quiet and the floor around it was often wet and very slippery. The outdoor bar was occupied by people sitting on the bar stools, making it almost impossible to pass along the edge of the pool and the bar towards the outdoor toilet. Given that that side is the deepest part of the pool, you had better watch to see if the children could pass safely on some evenings/afternoons. The hotel looks nice in photos, but there are too many downsides to fully enjoy it. In terms of price-quality, this is not okay. Fortunately, there was a quiet pebble beach nearby, where it was pleasant to spend time in the evenings when the temperature had dropped a bit, and we also got to see beautiful sunsets. But is that really necessary in this place? This was fine for a one-time visit. As far as I'm concerned, I really don't need to go again..."

"كان لي و شريكتي وقتا مذهلا هنا. كانت الغرفة نظيفة بشكل لا يصدق، جاء صاحب المنزل كل يوم وترك حيوانات المناشف الصغيرة على فراشنا. وكان الإفطار جيد، مع مجموعة من الأطباق الساخنة. منطقة الحانة هادئة جداً للاسترخاء، والطعام كان من المستحيل بالتأكيد تقريبًا مع نهاية إجازتنا أكلنا هنا كل ليلة. نيك وموظف البار كانو رائعين و مفيدين و مرحبين للغاية. الموقع ممتاز بين كولباري و شانغريلا. بركة كبيرة. و طاقم رائع. الطعام رائع. مذهلة مارغريتا (MG) حقا لا يمكن أن تنتظر للعودة!"

"Lovely small hotel with a short walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and plenty of amenities in the room - kettle, cutlery, sandwich maker etc. Some lovely restaurants nearby and a supermarket. We had a ar so a short drive into Platanias. Definetly recommend Oliva Hotel and will have no hesitation staying there again."
