Seaside A Lifestyle Resort - Adults Only

I have just arrived home from this amazing resort and I honestly am so sad to have left. I can’t begin to explain how stunning this hotel is. From the moment you walk through the front reception door it’s just complete and utter bliss! The staff are excellent and nothing is too much. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and they definitely deserve all the credit they get. They really do make the hotel what it is! The food is exceptional!! We ate at the buffet restaurant every night and honestly there is so much choice! Everything is so delicious and fresh! We didn’t feel the need to book into any of the other restaurants. It was definitely the best all inc buffet Wev ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful. There are 2 main pools with plenty of comfy beds and they both have great bars the are open all day. There are also smaller pools located around the hotel for various rooms and parts of the resort so you really are spoilt for choice! The views are 10/10 and are definitely a selling point for the hotel. The hotel is built in a mountain so it is hilly. However there is a buggy service for people with bad mobility. The hotel is very remote with not a lot around the area other than a beautiful cove and beach. There are a couple of tavernas and shops there so it’s a nice little afternoon out of the hotel. The only 2 negatives are- The music around the pools is absolutely shocking. I can only describe it as weird techno/ club music, it’s just an absolute racket and really kills the vibes the hotel is going for. The night time entertainment is also shocking. To say the hotel is 5 star it was really pool. Terrible singers and loud clubby music was not what we was expecting. Nearby hotels had much better entertainment. With all this being said, we didn’t let this affect our experience here. Head phones around the pool and an early night was the solution. All in all this hotel is worth every penny we spent and it’s honestly been a week of dreams.

At first glance, this resort appears to be a dream destination—charming, picturesque, and full of promise. The brochure images certainly capture its beauty, but they don’t tell the whole story. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help—until you raise a concern. Then, the friendly façade quickly gives way to a rigid adherence to “resort policy,” a phrase we heard far too often, not just in our case. Simply sitting in reception waiting for a taxi revealed how frequently and inconsistently this term is used. We booked a swim-up room, expecting direct pool access from our patio. Instead, we found a shared pool near the front door and a balcony with two deck chairs. The rooms below us had what most would consider true swim-up access—step out and you're in the pool. When we questioned this, we were first told there was no difference between ours and the ones below, only for a manager to later admit there was and suggest we take it up with our travel agent. According to the listing, we had a “Swim-Up Double or Twin Room Casa with Balcony/Terrace Sunset View.” It seems the definition of “swim-up” is open to interpretation, but ours didn’t match the standard we’ve experienced elsewhere. Dining was mainly good. The main restaurant offered a varied and high-quality selection for breakfast and lunch. We mostly dined out in the evenings but did try the à la carte options. While the food was generally good, accommodating a fussy eater proved difficult. One restaurant grabbed chips from the main buffet, but the others refused—again citing “resort policy.” Oddly, alcoholic drinks that were free in the main restaurant came with a charge in the à la carte venues. Booking for our group of eight was also problematic. We were split into two groups of four with a 30-minute gap. One restaurant manager even complained about this setup, saying he preferred larger tables. We suggested he take it up with the booking staff, as we were simply following their instructions. The drinks selection left much to be desired. Cocktails were inconsistent—either overly diluted or overpoweringly strong—and clearly made from pre-mixed bases. Premium spirits came with surprisingly steep price tags, more in line with a major city than a resort. The beer, whether complimentary or paid for, was universally poor. Thankfully, the “Sea View Café Bar” on the beach offered far better cocktails and beer, becoming our go-to spot. All the pools were salt water and swimming costumes with any white in them turned green (just this while parts that is). We thought that it would wash out, but not so and we’ve had to throw away a couple of items. The pools were generally good but be careful with the sun loungers as they’re heavy and I though dangerous when adjusting the backrest, I’d be surprised if someone hasn’t hurt themselves. Additionally, choose where to sit with consideration to the speaker placement, the music is loud all day. So much so that the speakers make an annoying distor

Spent 10 nights here. From welcoming us late they offered to take us down to the buffet as they kept it open just incase but we declined. We booked a cape suite with own private pool. The room was lovely these aren’t entirely private but still nice to go back to or spend all day we didn’t but we used to go back in the afternoon. When we arrived these was a bottle of wine and a box of Turkish delight unfortunately the ants got to these before we did but didn’t really mind. Don’t not book this if you have mobility issues as you will struggle we were still doing over 10,000 steps a day just walking round the hotel. We used the gym which was good no air con but if you go early or late there is always a lovely breeze. We booked all restaurants I loved the starters ,the mains weren’t the sort of thing I liked to rich but the puddings were amazing. The main resturant was BrillAnt. Puddings in there were incredible too probably the best I’ve eaten in an all inclusive. Loved that you were served drinks at your table. Round the pool was lovely, the music not my sort of thing but can soon get use to not really listening. They serve rolls with ham and cheese, cake, biscuits, crepes and waffles. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Never came across anyone that didn’t make us feel welcome and look like the staff are happy. The entertainment was ok. There was a couple of nights we didn’t bother. We did go down to the beach definitely recommend the resturant in the evening down there family owned and they make a great night. Also the bar a little down to it sea side view staff really lovely if you fancy a cold beer in a cold glass and had a sangria little crisps and fruit plates. The beach itself is small but really lovely just enough. We really had a lovely time here and will hold special memories for us as this was our honeymoon. We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Seaside Lifestyle Resort in Agia Pelagia, Crete, for 10 days (June 2025). We booked a room (#534) with a sunset view and with a shared swim up pool and we were not disappointed. The room balcony was sea facing and the pool area faced the hillside, and had a partial sea view. We were fortunate to have the pool area very much to ourselves for much of our time there, we were very lucky. There are a lot of steps and the place is like a maze but this helped with exercise but be mindful if you have mobility issues. The biggest asset are the staff, who were friendly and helpful with a particular mention going to Eleftheria who was truly lovey. The main restaurant uniforms are very Obi-Wan Kenobi style and added to what was a very calming interior look. The wifi is a bit patchy and kept cutting out. I am not the biggest fan of buffet food, but on the whole it was very good. We booked the Minoan and Oceano à la carte restaurants via the QR code and both were good. The Oceano had lovey outside seating and great views. I do think having to pay extra for wine in these restaurants needs to be reviewed. A minor gripe is the white wine served at the pool bars is via a tap and was always warm and adding ice made it too watery. There is small beach which is lovely (if not busy) and there are a few places to eat and drink as well as shops. They are family run businesses and have been impacted by the All Inclusive hotels. We made a point of visiting a few times and it provided a nice change. We also booked a day trip using one of the local agents as it felt right to give them our business. This was an expensive holiday but very much recommended and would definitely return once we have saved up.

This is a beautifulhotel. We had a wonderful 7 night break. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. The food is excellent in the main restaurant and the al- a-carte restuarants too. We could have done with a bit more starage space in our room - a couple of drawers would have helped. Otherwise it was a lovely room. We did have problems finding sun loungers free - especially the Thalosso pool. People must be reserving beds at 7.00 am. We only managed to find somewhere at the main pool on two mornings but by late afternoon there were more available. Anyway, we had a superb holiday.

There were a few inconveniences whilst we were meant to be celebrating our honeymoon. However, the customer service manager Glykeria (Sweetie) was absolutely incredible. She was personable, helpful and always happy to help. Kiki on the team was also absolutely amazing and they are both a credit to the hotel. They overall made our stay 10/10 despite the inconvenienes.
