"إقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة ، موظفو البار كانوا حبوبين والطعام ممتاز ، أكلنا هنا في معظم الليالي كانت جيدة جدا ولم نرغب في خيبة الأمل في الأكل في أماكن أخرى نزل لطيف إلى مدينة ماليا القديمة ونزل ****** (إذا كان هذا لك) نحتاج إلى زيارة الصيدلية والأطباء، قرب من قاعة البلدة ، لطيفة والموظفين ودية ومفيدة للغاية. المسابح وسرير الشمس لا يمكن أن يكون عيب. أستأجرنا سياره لمدة يومين من الإستقبال ، السعر رائع ، تم إختيارنا لجمع السياره ومن ثم تم سحبها من السياره في اليوم الأخير . كانت المره الاولى في السنوات التي قضيتها فعلا كنت حزينه بالرحيل ."

"Absolutely perfect apartments pool area bar snacks spotlessly clean beds comftoble no sunbeds wars rooms have everything u need great shower/hairdryer/toaster/kettle pots and pans would recommend b&b as the breakfast menu is perfect a choice for everyone a wonderful and beautiful family run apartments and will go out of their way to make sure everything is right for your stay prices in the bar are cheap the food is freshly made and lovely great WiFi around pool and in your rooms great music around the pool for u just to chill and relax not too loud can understand why so many people return to this gem of a place in old town Malia and will be returning also don't take notice of the poor reviews they are a load of rubbish just people nit picking wanting to pay 3 star prices but wanting 5 star treatment"

"I booked for 3 people, for me and my 2 children, unfortunately I got a studio for 2. The hotel website says that 🛜 wifi is free in outside areas, that's not true at all, it costs 10 euros per person for 7 days. Air conditioning Kösters costs an extra 9 euros per day. On the same day I reported that the room was definitely not for 3 and asked to be given another room that I had paid for. The staff told me it was for 3 people and they didn't have any other free rooms. She was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room had 2 beds 90x 200 and a small sofa, it wasn't a proper sofa bed, it was about 70 wide and 160 long. Very bad experience, never again in this terrible hotel."

Terrace with Jacuzzi and sea view (attention building under construction to take into account even if it does not obstruct the view). "Of the three hotels I stayed in during my week in Crete, this one was the quietest, perhaps because it's not near the center and there aren't many young people. The room was nice, but I was unlucky with the location. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat in peace because people were constantly coming and going from their rooms. It felt like I was living in an outdoor café. Overall, I felt like I lacked privacy, and because of the room's location, I could hear everyone using the stairs. I think the rooms facing the other side are quieter. The hotel grounds are beautiful! Surrounded by mountains where ibexes stroll peacefully. Internet and air conditioning are completely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. Incidentally, many hotel owners in Crete don't list paid air conditioning, safes, and internet on hotel booking websites. Here, all these services are free. The bed and pillows are simply superb, for which a special thanks to the hotel management. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking! There's even a sponge, dish soap, and a tea towel, which is rare not only in Crete but also in other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that! Overall, it's a great hotel! I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet, solitude, and a sense of nature!"

"My life is travel. So when I had the opportunity of a 2 week holiday self catering for a very good price in a part of crete I love i took it...very very clean apartment due to a very friendly cleaning lady who makes up your room every day changing towels and bedding regular. Remember this is room only my choice so don't forget loo rolls. Washing up soap.sponge.tea towel..and your ready to go..accommodation is run by a professional family who are friendly and accessible..I noticed some other reviews finding faults..if you act like spoilt children you'll be treat like one...respect there business and there simple rules and you'll enjoy your stay..thank you."

"Decent hotel wouldn't recommend. Loads of extra fees E.g Air Conditioning is €9 a day. Wifi €10 a week but per device. The Housekeeping service is rubbish, forgot to put toilet paper, didn't change the bed sheets just made the bed. No body Soap in the dispenser. All the owners are in the bar barely sit in reception. No parking and have to find space up the street. ATM Nearby and is a scam with a €6 service fee. Poor shower pressure."
