"لا يمكن أن تفهم المراجعات السلبية.... فندق رائع ، غرف نظيفة والمناطق العامة يتم تنظيفها يوميا ، سرير مريح ، ستائر مغلقة (الإفطار مفقود عدة مرات) ! الثلاجة كبيرة ، خزانة ملابس مع الكثير من الملاعق. وجبة الإفطار وفيرة وفرة من الخيارات. منطقة المسبح المحبوبة كلها في الفندق فندق رائع في موقع جيد وقيمة ممتازة مقابل المال. من المؤكد أن أعود. الموظفين لطيفة جدا."

"Of the three hotels I stayed in during my week in Crete, this one was the quietest, perhaps because it's not near the center and there aren't many young people. The room was nice, but I was unlucky with the location. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat in peace because people were constantly coming and going from their rooms. It felt like I was living in an outdoor café. Overall, I felt like I lacked privacy, and because of the room's location, I could hear everyone using the stairs. I think the rooms facing the other side are quieter. The hotel grounds are beautiful! Surrounded by mountains where ibexes stroll peacefully. Internet and air conditioning are completely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. Incidentally, many hotel owners in Crete don't list paid air conditioning, safes, and internet on hotel booking websites. Here, all these services are free. The bed and pillows are simply superb, for which a special thanks to the hotel management. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking! There's even a sponge, dish soap, and a tea towel, which is rare not only in Crete but also in other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that! Overall, it's a great hotel! I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet, solitude, and a sense of nature!"

"من التحية الأولية حوالي منتصف الليل إلى مغادرتي بعد أسبوع لا أستطيع أن أعيب التجربة. موظفو الفندق ودودون للغاية ومفيدون. الغرف مجهزة جيدا ومريحة ونظيفة. الإفطار أفضل في المطعم ، وليس بعيدا عن الأطباق الساخنة والمعجنات الأخرى. بعيدا بما فيه الكفاية عن البلدة الرئيسية لتجنب الضوضاء الليل ولكن في الواقع لا يزيد عن 15 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام. بركتان لطيفة كبيرة بما فيه الكفاية لكل من اللعب والرصيف. الطعام هو كل شيء كنت أتمنى لو كنت بحاجة إلى تغيير من جميع المطاعم المحلية. الحمام وتغيير المرافق لمن يغادر بعد تسجيل الخروج. انصح بشدة واتوقع العودة مرة اخرى. خدمة الموضفين سيئة للغاية. نظافة المعيشة وترتيب المعيشة ممتازة."

"الفندق نفسه جيد إلى حد ما ، نظيف مع الطعام الشهي المقدم. لطيف للغاية والموظفون ودودون للغاية. شكر خاص للمديرة كريستينا ، دون جهودها ، كانت إقامتنا لتدمر بالكامل بسبب عدم كفاءة trip.com الوصف غير صحيح: 1. "الكبار فقط" يشيرون إلى الاسم، وهو في الواقع ليس على الإطلاق. كان هناك حادثين مع بعض الأطفال يقيمون في ديونيسوس بالإضافة إلى الطفل الذي يبكي على أرضية الأرض. 2.Trip.com فشل في تسليم طلبي بالنسبه للنظر حيث كان حسب الغرفة الاولى التي تم تقديمها لنا و مدير الفندق. الغرفه كانت بدون إطلالة كما هو معروض في الصورة. 3. الصور! لسبب ما يحتوي الوصف على صور خارجية من فندق مختلف! تم اكتشاف ذلك بعد تسجيل الدخول فقط. 🤦🏼♀️ في الواقع البركة الصغيرة غير معزولة كل ما يمر من غرباء يمكن ان يبصرك كما ان الاطلالة تمر من خلال السياج هي الفصل الوحيد بينك وبين الطريق بجانب الفندق"

"Absolutely perfect apartments pool area bar snacks spotlessly clean beds comftoble no sunbeds wars rooms have everything u need great shower/hairdryer/toaster/kettle pots and pans would recommend b&b as the breakfast menu is perfect a choice for everyone a wonderful and beautiful family run apartments and will go out of their way to make sure everything is right for your stay prices in the bar are cheap the food is freshly made and lovely great WiFi around pool and in your rooms great music around the pool for u just to chill and relax not too loud can understand why so many people return to this gem of a place in old town Malia and will be returning also don't take notice of the poor reviews they are a load of rubbish just people nit picking wanting to pay 3 star prices but wanting 5 star treatment"

"Holiday from hell , please read this review if you are staying here just to set the tone we were told ( if you even breath wrong you will get evicted ) Where do I start , first of all we arrived and they charged us 60 euros each , for a tourist tax and air-con and a safe , when we asked for an itemised bill they couldn’t come up with one so we have no idea what we were paying for. The rooms we advertised incorrectly we asked for a room for 3 and we got a double bed and a tiny bed best fit for a toddler, not only this when we arrived there were silverfish in our room and blood stains in my bed. There were no locks on the bathrooms either. Our air-con was completely useless and flooded all our room and got the suitcases soaking, all they did to fix this was put a towel down which did nothing , eventually they got around to fixing it on the 5th day of the holiday after telling us they would sort it straight away. The balcony’s are very small and for a 3 person room you could only fit two people at a push on the balcony Next up on this rant the staff and hospitality of this place is completely shocking no effort to make us welcome, everyone here was rude, except the woman behind the bar who was the only one who genuinely seemed to care . There was a 5 euro limit on the card machine which forced us to buy multiple drinks at once another scam in this hotel. Further a €10 charge was requested for wifi as ‘not everyone uses it anymore’ and that €10 was per device not person.(the wifi did not work) and when asked for a refund for the wifi it was slapped into my hand I felt so offended I offered to give it back and the woman said ‘if you breathe wrong you will be kicked out’ The day before we left we asked for an extended room stay till 5 o’clock on the day we leave they said it would be 40 euros for one room to which we agreed, in the morning they said it would be 45 euros so when we asked why it changed they said we were being rude and said we can’t have an extended check out at all further showing there hospitality skills We were only supplied with one towel each for the entire stay and were only given one toilet roll for each room Now onto the rules , 1 not allowed to be on the balcony past 11 which ruined are nights completely 2 even if you are staying in the same hotel your not allowed in your freinds rooms 3 not allowed to bring your own bottles of water to the pool area which makes you fall into the trap of the 5 euro card reader limit 4 not allowed to bring anyone back to the hotel"

"بشكل عام كان فندقاً لطيفاً للغاية مع الموقع القريب أيضًا. *** فإن المطاعم والشاطئ. كانت الغرف حديثة وجميلة مثل منطقة البركة. كان أيضا رخيصة. الشيء الوحيد الذي كان سيئاً هو الحرس الليلي الذي كان وقحاً جداً بالنسبة لنا عندما تحققنا في وقت متأخر من الليل. على سبيل المثال، طلب منا إذا كنا مخمورين عندما لم نكن نعرف الطريق إلى الاستقبال، وإذا كنا غبيين عندما لم نفهم كلمة إنجليزية، والذي لم يعطنا انطباع جيد أولا. بقية الموظفين كانت لطيفة. مع جميع وسائل الراحة، وعرض علينا رعاية الطعام. كنا راضين عن الخدمة. لم نتمكن من العثور على فندق في وسط المدينة، كما فعلت أنا وأسرتي. لم يكن الفطور جميلاً جداً."

"Booked a Suite with seaside view for 5 nights in August, we only stayed for one after discovering the real views include an abandoned building. Warning as you will not see this on any of their websites or google. Rooms from inside were nice but beds were hard and the WIFI was very weak. Such a disappointment. If you wish to stay here, I would suggest to request a room on the opposite side of the abandoned 3 storey eyesore."

"We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel has a lovely, warm, family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Kula, the owner, is absolutely wonderful, and Amanda was also so kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature, with such a peaceful and relaxing view. Everything is incredibly clean, spotless, and very well maintained. The location is also excellent – close to everything while still feeling calm and relaxing. This was our second stay here, and definitely not our last. Highly recommended!"

"rooms very basic but nice enough we didn’t use the cooking equipment though slight cleaning issues such as a dirty pillow given to us and we had to buy our own toilet roll after one roll used but not the end of the world staff were lovely and food is amazing as well as drinks 2 for €8 for happy hour is good pool was great enough sunbeds easily didn’t have to worry about getting a bed bare in mind we are a group of 8 18 year olds and drinking i seen bad reviews on the security not liking young drinkers however this was not the case what so ever for us dimitri is honestly so lovely he helped us check in and looked after us all week aslong as we wernt too loud there was no problems one night we had a drunken issue and he helped everyone out so much he came and said bye to us when leaving and joked with us every night just warning there is around a 5-10min walk from the drop of area which is fine great restraunts near by"

"Decent hotel wouldn't recommend. Loads of extra fees E.g Air Conditioning is €9 a day. Wifi €10 a week but per device. The Housekeeping service is rubbish, forgot to put toilet paper, didn't change the bed sheets just made the bed. No body Soap in the dispenser. All the owners are in the bar barely sit in reception. No parking and have to find space up the street. ATM Nearby and is a scam with a €6 service fee. Poor shower pressure."
